The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We slept well due to the quiet atmosphere and the pillows - we'll probably buy some! Being outside of town made it easy for parking, but it does mean you have to get into town for decent restaurants. It's not a far drive, however.

The breakfast coffee out of the machine was subpar. We ended up looking for coffee elsewhere. It's a little hard to see the entrance sign at night. Maybe this is a regulatory issue, but it would help to have something easier to see.

Nicely renovated and tastefully decorated. Very clean hotel and room. Comfortable beds, new couch and good TV in room. The room was spacious; good closet and, though we did not use them, a nice sized refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. We were very happy with breakfast -- excited to find Activia yogurt, Nutella, and a nice teabag selection. Everyone on the staff with whom we interacted was great. Hotel is nicely situated by itself with nice views. Lots of parking. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown Cooperstown.

Coffee tasted like instant coffee. Bathroom toilet was not efficient - lots of water and slow to flush. The showerhead needed changing as many of the holes were clogged. The door to the bathroom had to be pushed very hard to close - and this was loud. The heating system in the room was also VERY loud. (It definitely heated the room, though.) None of these were deal breakers. We would stay there again.

Everything was fine, breakfast good, hot tub nice.

The staff was superb. Very friendly, helpful in finding a nice restaurant, took time to explain anything we needed to know.

The bathroom shower was not very good. Very little pressure and hot water. The shower curtain wouldn't stay shut so got water on the floor. The drive into the hotel was difficult. Quite steep, and curves. When driving out at night, a car almost hit us because there was so little space around the curve. Might want to think about another way to get in.

Prior to our visit, the general manager reached out to me by e-mail to let me know that she understood that our stay was for bereavement purposes and wrote a touching note to say that we would be in a quiet room away from the elevator and ice machine. It was a friendly, thoughtful touch that we appreciated. Overall, the staff was helpful and great! The hotel was clean and fresh towels were provided upon request. The breakfast area was comfortable and neat and food choices were predictable for a hotel stay, but bountiful, with hot and cold options. Plenty of parking too.

I wish the room rates would have been lower, but there are not many options for lodging in the surrounding rural areas, so hotels are a luxury. (Summertime is a peak for the baseball crowd that Cooperstown attracts AND it was Father's Day weekend, so pricing probably reflects that too.) The room size would have been a little tight for our family of three for a longer stay, but worked out fine for just a few nights.

I liked the staff. Kemar at the front desk was friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. The young man working the breakfast area was also super helpful. The housekeeper’s were diligent. Breakfast was good. If you include real cooked oatmeal, add another waffle maker and another toaster it will be great.

My only issue was what I mentioned about breakfast.

Location was fine. Rooms were nice. Everyone working there was kind and friendly. The young man that was there the night we arrived was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

The breakfast was lacking. The road entrance needs to have “ entrance “ signs to show you where to turn when you come on at night. Couldn’t see the turn and passed it. Had a hotel sign very low to the ground about 30 feet away from entrance.

I originally screwed up the dates on the reservation. The GM went over and above to correct the problem for me. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very nice breakfast area with a good selection. .I'd definitely stay here again.

The entrance is tricky just because the hotel sign is not immediately adjacent to it. Can easily be missed while driving.

All the staff were friendly and made us feel at home. We were there for the Cooperstown Dream Park tournament. By our third day, every staff member we encountered acted as if they knew us. I would definitely return to this hotel if we came back to the area. We had a pleasant, enjoyable time and were sad when we had to leave.

The room was cozy and comfortable..

breakfast was the only real disappointment. You pay extra for a hotel serving breakfast then they should serve it. Not stop cooking 45 minutes before it ends, being more concerned about waste than customer service Making us wait for her to cook. Also, invest in a new toaster for petes sake. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to toast a bagel.
