Exceptionally friendly staff; they gave us 2 complimentary bottles of water when we first arrived! Good size room; we were able sleep 5 of us, with only my wife and I sharing a bed (my one son used a blowup mattress, and there was plenty of room for it). Gym was roomy, and had free weights in 5 pound increments from 10 to 50 pounds (other than no 40 pound dumbbells); multiple pieces of cardio equipment, and sufficient space for me to do a HIIT workout (each of the 2 buildings with rooms featured its own gym). Complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious; the staff were very welcoming and kept the food coming! The ham was delightfully peppery and perfectly seasoned, eggs and breakfast potatoes were top notch, and the oatmeal was warm and satisfying with a prime selection of my favorite mix ins (brown sugar and cranberries)! To-go cartons were provided for those who needed to eat on the run. There was a vast selection of breakfast options that I didn’t even have enough room in my stomach to sample (muffins, yogurt, French toast, waffles with dessert-style toppings, etc).

Mildly odd location, sort of in a business park. First Homewood Suites I have stayed in that had 3 separate buildings; not a major negative, but might have been worse if it was raining (there was 1 Lobby Building that included the dining area and a pool, and then 2 buildings with the rooms and gyms). Room decor somewhat dated.

Incredible staff. Free breakfast was very good. Free parking which can be parked near your hotel room for your convenience. Lovely pool. Located near nice scenic areas to visit. Also has a gym, laundry room, and convenience store for snacks.

The pillows and sheets were a little dirty and unclean. The dishes were also kind of old and rusted but I guess that’s expected. Wish there were floaties for non-swimmers.

The breakfast was one of the best we have had at a variety of hotels. Location is very easy to access off the main highway. Nice mini kitchen and living room space if you're staying longer. Sleeping area is nicely separated from living area. Friendly front desk staff.

No door between the sleeping area and bathroom/sink area makes it harder to use the bathroom at night due to turning the light on, lighting the sleeping area waking other.

Everything! The building, the lobby, the breakfast area, and our room was beautiful and comfortable. We love the classy rustic style. The staff were very professional and friendly. The grounds were beautifully done. The sweet note left by our suite keeper was a nice touch. I thanked her. I would recommend this Hotel to everyone. After being on the road for many hours, this was exactly what we needed to relax. Thank you!

We were traveling to a wedding with two adult sons. We stayed in a two bedroom room. Breakfast was plentiful and had both hot and cold items, there was something for everyone, trays made it easy to bring food back to sleepy heads. Entire place was clean and well kept. We had to attend several events at different locations in the city...this hotel is located just 1 minute from the on-ramp to I-90 which got us to where we needed to go quickly. I highly recommend this hotel, the staff is really really friendly and we received two texts during our stay to ask if everything was okay and if we needed anything. We did have a question and the response text was quick and appeared to be from staff at the hotel itself.

Decent accommodations for 1 night for us. Breakfast was great. Lots of parking. We arrived early & Shay at the front desk gave us a call when our room was ready, that surprised me & was a nice touch.

We found small ants in the bathroom, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud as was the ceiling fan in the bedroom. We would stay again.

Breakfast and Wednesday social were great. Suite style room is very nice for an extended stay. Clean. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Hotel starting to show its age - little things like pealing wallpaper, none functioning drawer, though everything worked adequately, hallway smells of cleaning supplies - just not up to the standard of a Homewood suites and the high daily rate, especially with housekeeping services only once for a week stay.

The suite was big and had a huge king-size bed. we were given an upgrade which included a fireplace which we didn’t use because it was summer but it added to the decor of the room. the kitchen and bathroom were both nice as well with granite countertops. The included breakfast was good. We walked to Tully’s restaurant about 15 minutes away for supper. Huge portions!

The pool was cloudy for some reason so we didn’t get in which was too bad because it was a very hot day.

Close to family! Clean and had suites for large family! Breakfast was great!! Outdoor pool was nice!!

No one emptied garbage or picked up dirty towels. You don’t have to clean the room but you can come in and empty garbages, take dirty towels and restock towels.

Beautiful place, perfect location between Lakeview and the War Memorial for concerts.. right off the thruway and near the airport .. prime location for many destinations.

I have not one negative thing to say and we already booked for September back to back concerts.
