Super 8 by Wyndham Liverpool/Syracuse North Airport

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of towels. Coffee was excellent.

We were expecting a hot breakfast but found only muffins, coffee, and juice. They need to remove the "breakfast" from their amenities.

No one told us at checkin that breakfast ended at 9. We got in at 1:30 am. Came to breakfast at 9:15 and there was no breakfast, just coffee.

I like the convenience of the place and the cost is reasonable for the length of stay we have been doing. The staff work hard to keep the place very clean.

We have stayed here this year and last and some of the same issues seem to continue: not enough handicap parking (3 spots is not enough), wifi despite being told works fine does not work fine, and nighttime staff is very much all over the place (lots of smoking breaks).

Not fancy, but a good value for a 1 night stay. This hotel does not have alot of frills, but was clean, convenient, and comfortable. Coffee and some wrapped breakfast items in the morning were great to have on hand. Staff was professional and pleasant. Easy, convenient parking. Overall a good value for the money.

Hotel overall was a bit dated and worn, but clean and functional. Bathroom sink faucet and shower head were a little funky, but again functional.

Great location for attending the State Fair. Parking convenient and lots of fast food, etc nearby. Plenty of towels, bathtub was large but bathroom is a bit small. All lights worked well. TV remote easy to use

Staff said breakfast supplies were not delivered on August 31st so no food was put out but my husband saw a cabinet supplied with muffins behind the counter. Other guests angry about this. This morning small muffins and tiny yogurt cups were our choices, plus oatmeal packs. Inside rim of tub was grungy. Tiles missing along side of toilet.

We've paid alot more for worse. McDonald's and dunkin right outside....bathroom was clean with HOT water and pressure...bed was surprising comfortable

Building smelled of weed

I liked that it was clean and the staff were friendly. It was an easy check in and check out. The amenities in the room were nice as well.

The breakfast was a disappointment… Basically breads and cereals, no fruit or eggs. And the coffee was kind of weak, but that seems to be common in the US vs Canada anyway.

Convenient location to all Syracuse attractions and major Interstate Highways. Reasonable price for services provided, Convenient locations for food sources, within walking distances. Ample parking.

There could be improvement on the breakfast selection - how about some cereal! It would be nice for an available plate of welcome cookies?! Does not take much to feel even more welcome.

Quiet Clean room Very comfortable and relaxing

The room is very clean. The amenities in the room was perfect.

We arrived to the hotel after a 5 Hour Drive we needed to use the restroom only to find out that there were no restrooms available, but the only one available would be in our room which we couldn’t get into for the next hour. Considering most travelers would have expected a restroom availability upon arrival after a long trip I would have thought one would be available. and in all my travels I don’t think I ever came upon a hotel they did not have an available restroom for their guests.
