This was a last minute reservation due to the unfortunate circumstance that we were very unhappy at another Syracuse hotel.. Hampton Inn came to our rescue. I only wish that we had a few more days to enjoy this hotel and its pool further. The bathroom and especially the "turbo-flushing" toilet were the best that we've ever experienced. It may sound funny but when you're on the road for several days with your family, those things are important!!

The rooms were just a little small for four people.

Everything was fine with the exception of a deceitful dog fee.

We checked in around 11pm at night and I quickly signed all the paperwork..being tired etc..didn't read or notate..they were charging us 50 dollars for our small short haired dog. That is outrageous...will never stay at Hampton Inn again.

In all the hotels belonging to the Hilton company, including the Hampton chain, the internet service they supply is very poor unless you register with the chain and give all your information (which they use later to bug you forever). Without registering you can browse but cannot send out messages. If you really need full internet service - go somewhere else.

The staff was extremely helpful and caring. It was definitely the highest point! The location was very convenient, close to the airport and not far from Syracuse downtown.

I don't have any complaints.

loved the room. pool and breakfast and the staff was wonderful

the hot tub didn’t seem to be working as it should. it had water coming out the spouts but no where near as much pressure as it should have had. when we questioned the person about whether or not they had fixed it from the night before he said yes. but when we got in it still had no pressure so I’m assuming it may always be like that? not working correctly?

It was very close to Destiny Mall. Even though the hotel was close to major highways, you could not hear the traffic. The room was comfortable and the bed was perfect for a good nights sleep. The breakfast had enough selections to start the day off right.

Food was good. Location was good. I like that you allow pets!

The room was nice and comfortable. But I didn't like that there were no dressers to put your clothes in! The vent in the bathroom was not working. Also It seemed like the AC would only work correctly on automatic. Overall I am happy with the room!

Great location and close to all the things we wanted to do in Syracuse. Close to the Mall and the shuttle for the NYS Fair, and its close to restaurants we wanted to try. We enjoyed all the options for breakfast. We enjoyed the pool, and the room was clean and comfy. Definitely will be staying here in the future

Breakfast not available since earlier than available at 6:30am.....needed to be at Airport by 5:00am for flight 7:10am.... Would suggest to have a much lighter Breakfast available 3:30-6:00am than what's available at the normal 6:30am. The food bag was nice that was offered but to carry and even eat any was difficult and was not allowed to take through the Big Scanner process(shoes off, carry-on bag+etc.).....

Have a device/instrument or clock that tells the time in the room. There was no clock. Hotel should be able to have some form of food (not snacks) for late night guests
