Perhaps the breakfast could be extended one half hour to 10:30 instead of 10:00 am. Liked the location. I very much appreciated that your price was reasonable on short notice. Many thanks for that.

The bar soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion all contained aloe. I realize aloe is a very medicinal plant; but not everyone's body can tolerate it and mine is one of them so I did not use the available toiletries. Am glad I brought my own.

Really liked the complimentary breakfast. Rooms were new, clean and generally comfortable. Not luxury but fabulous value. We used this same chain when visiting colleges with my daughter. Great overall value and appreciated that I could stay one night over the weekend.

Everything was as advertised - which I appreciate

For a 25yr old hotel, we thought it was in great shape. The room size was larger than expected. We thought the breakfast was good and the seating area for it was very warm/inviting. The gentleman maintaining the breakfast did a wonderful job. Everything was stocked and tables were wiped down frequently. All the staff was very friendly. Although we did not use the pool, it looked like a very nice area.

There were a couple of "not perfect" things. We had 2 queen beds - one of which had a noticeable sag in the middle of the bed. There were a couple of spots of mold in the corners of the ceiling and the shower current needed to be changed due to a slight "mold" smell. We wish the toilet was the newer/higher style. We showed up the day after a major snowstorm. The parking lot needed some attention, but this could have been due to the storm, rather than the normal condition.

Staff was great. Anthony, who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Gave us a great recommendation for a local restaurant. My biggest frustration was WiFi did not work in our room— I would not know about rest of building— but not in our room. When I complained about this— I was given a small dis Kung. Overall- was good. 🙂

eggs of any kind are appreciated for breakfast. sweetened coffee creamers are always a treat. the location was okay because I wasn't spending much time in Rome but amenities were a bit of a drive away

The rooms are modern, comfortable and very clean. Staff was friendly.

The pool was closed though it appears nothing is wrong with it. A sign says "for a part." We we're unaware of this prior to booking so it was a disappointment especially with our 2 young children with us. The pool is running and appears very well maintained which seems a bit suspicious.

Lots of work was being done and didn’t care for the breakfast

Breakfast was same every morning and not that good. No fruit or cereal.

The location is great, just short distance to Downtown Rome. Nice Facilities. The Hotel was clean and every person I saw was practicing social distance guideline's.

Our rate included Breakfast. When we checked in, they handed us a form to complete that asked what you wanted for your "Paper bag Breakfast". It consisted of the choice of either a bagel or cold cereal, the choice of beverage either coffee, tea or orange juice. We had to turn in this form in the previous night to receive the breakfast bag in the morning. Well never received any Breakfast Bag. Was disappointed in the whole "Breakfast issue".

The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of seating for my family. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool during times we were at the hotel.

The lobby bathrooms were not as clean as I would have liked. The room bathroom was very clean and the room was too. They didn't have enough staff to manage the breakfast and the front desk. They had one person doing both and it left gaps in the level of service.
