La Quinta by Wyndham Verona

Great location for what we did during our trip. Centrally located between family members so no extra driving. Very quiet for our stay. Breakfast was good but I miss the waffles. The new pancake machine was really neat and made them perfect size. Pet friendly with no hidden fees outside of cleaning if your pet has an accident. Already booked next trip in June here and can't wait to get back to New York again.

The snow, but that wasn't the motels fault. Oddest spring break I ever had because of it.

It wasn’t their fault, we were there during a major snow storm, plowing trucks kept waking us up, we have have stayed before and have greatly enjoyed and plan to stay again. My only suggestion would be , maybe if able to have a bit more alternative selections for breakfast for those with food intolerances/allergies, especially gluten/wheat. We love your hotel and will definitely be be back and soon! Thank you for running a very clean facility and your staff has always been very nice and helpful. Keep up the great work!

The picture that booking.com had showing the room was not the same a the room we received. We wanted a deluxe queen that had a sofa bed which is what I saw on bookings website. But the hotel said we were in the deluxe queen but not the deluxe queen with sofa and none were available. The picture and description on booking was deceptive in my mind.

The staff was helpful and it was nice to have a shuttle to Turning Stone Casino. There breakfast area was very nice and had a good selection of food.

They did not explain we would not have the room cleaned unless we ask for service. We did see the cleaning person on our floor so she was kind enough to give us new towels and trash bag.

We did not eat the breakfast that was complimentary, but the room was very clean. The property is located across from the Turning Stone which is the reason for choosing this hotel and it was perfect. Thank you for a great stay!

The staff was amazing. Very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was kind enough to make us toast even after we missed breakfast. Will stay here again.

Breakfast wasn't as expected no eggs no sausage just cold foods😩. The parking lot definitely needs repairs. Other then that everything was great.

The hotel was just off of I-90 and fairly easy to find, even after a long 10hr drive. The staff was very friendly. My room was great - clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. I also stayed 7 days later on my way back home.

The breakfast was not as good as one of the other hotels I stayed at during my trip. Lots of carbs but little protein available (no eggs and no cream cheese for the bagels.)

The location on a dead end road with abandon trailer park was very scary. We almost turned around. No signage on that road or main intersection. You think your in the wrong area. I wont have drove down thete at night. Threating!!!.

The breakfast could have a little more to offer but it is.very well taken care of it is very clean and neat coffee is great. Most of all the staff is fantastic and very friendly the manager is terrific very helpful very friendly and accommodating. We got stuck here due to the hurricane and we couldn’t be in a better place.

The room was huge and incredibly clean. The staff was welcoming and personable. The AC in the room was great, pulled cold air all night.

No lotion in the bathroom. Other than that nothing was bad. They picked me up at the casino quickly. It’s a good place to stay.
