The staff was great (all of them - front desk, restaurant, housekeeping), the location was amazing, and the restaurant breakfast was really good and convenient. I'm also a pretty light sleeper so I was worried about having a room so close to the elevators, but I didn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. Parking was also great. I don't normally stay at the Hilton chain of hotels, but a colleague recommended this hotel for staying in Watertown and I'm glad that I took her advice.

One of the elevators was out of service which was mostly okay, but it was a bit busy on Sunday morning for just one elevator.

I enjoyed the hotel, it was beautiful and elegant. Our personal jacuzzi tub in the room was amazing. Staff were so friendly.

The room could have been cleaned a little better, the floor needed vacuuming, and the stand and headboard could have used a good wipe down, pretty dusty and greasy. They also need to dust, there were cobwebs in the corners of the room. The beds were also pretty hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, pretty expensive for the quality and the small proportions. But I wouldn't say I would never stay again because regardless of those faults I still enjoyed myself.

The staff was very accommodating, the room very clean and I liked the ear plugs provided in room. It's not that its a very loud hotel, but I am a light sleeper and I even use them at home. It was a considerate touch. We were there for a funeral and had a large family group on hand and the bartenders in the evening were put to the test and performed well under pressure.

The wait staff at breakfast was a little disorganized. The meal was good. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

Easy to get to from the interstate, very clean room with nice staff.

Our room was on the side with the interstate and it was so loud with every car going by. Better windows go block that out. Also our TV had issues. The sound kept going out and the tv needed to be unplugged each time in order to get the sound back. Super annoying. We loved the pool but it was very slippery. My daughter fell once, my son fell twice and I almost fell once. And we were walking.

I booked a room with a king sized bed. After checking in, we went to our room and it had two beds instead. I phoned the desk and they corrected the issue and upgraded the room due to the inconvenience. Although it was a smoking vs. non-smoking room, it contained a private hot tub which was very relaxing. We went to dinner at the Grill and had a lovely meal. I asked about phoning later for champagne (it was our 40th wedding anniversary) and the waitress came back with a complimentary bottle on ice and two glasses. It doesn't get any better than that!! Thank you for a memorable evening.

Everything was satisfactory.

Our accommodations were exactly as described. Room was clean and comfortable.

The pool and spa was not accessible due to the large crowds of families occupying it at all times. I feel like reservations for that area would allow more guests the chance to enjoy it. Also, whatever they used to clean the furniture in our room, left a very oily and greasy residue that we had to wipe down with dry washcloths to get rid off.

Excellent check-in and the staff were especially helpful in introducing places to eat in the area. Breakfast was very good, much better than the breakfasts provided by other hotel chains. Loved and unsed extensively the fitness center and pool.

Everything was really nice. The only thing was the afternoon we first arrived there was a oder in the reception area that I found unpleasant. It might have been something related to the kind of food they were preparing or serving in the restaurant.

Very clean and nicely setup. They had all the amenities that anyone would want. Restaurant inside the hotel had good food.

There wasn't anything wrong with our room. It was perfect and we ended up having connected rooms with my family....that was nice.

My husband and I went on a long weekend to visit family who reside in Watertown, Cape Vincent, and Syracuse. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean and the staff was excellent. The restaurant and bar was a bonus especially after our 6 hour drive from New Jersey. An additional bonus was the fire pit and gazebo outside. We will absolutely stay at this hotel every time we visit Watertown.

The room was very spacious and clean. I also found the bed to be more comfortable than most hotel beds. The location was close to food, gas, and other conveniences.

My room was directly across from the pool and gym entrances, and this resulted in a lot of noise in my room. I also found that the sound insulation of the rooms was generally less than I would have liked.
