Red Roof Inn Raleigh Southwest - Cary

Nice staff, actually were helpful, after my original booking was set with incorrect dates (was my fault), the property owner waves the cancellation fee and helped me find a solution with booking.com agent. It took a few hours, but the male who was a manager also helped me go to my room to grab my charger, even though it was multiple hours after checkout. The rooms were clean and its a nice location, and most hotel management/staff/prop owners would have taken my money, charged me the fee, called police etc… as they don’t care & almost seem to want to make peoples lives a living hell, so it’s incredibly refreshing to deal with humans that have morals. I highly recommend this hotel and I would like to say a personal thank you to the staff/management for working with me and showing humility/humanity ❤️

The property is in a great location, close to plenty of food, shopping and was within 20 minutes of large attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful! Our room was very clean and the beds were so comfy! We had 2 rooms across the hall from one another where our kids could easily go back and forth when needed. Our 2 night stay was perfect for a weekend trip! Would definitely stay again :)

Very convenient to get to right off the highway lots of places to eat across the street at the mall.

The doors could be secured at night and a little bit more security outside of the property seeing lots of vagrants walking around looking at cars.

The room was great. Comfortable bed. The most comfortable sheets and spread I've ever had in a motel. And Lori at the front desk was the greatest. Friendly happy and just great personality. The night girls need to learn from her.

We could only get 2 wash cloths. Now toiletries. No hair dryer. Had to use stairs but I guess I needed that. We only stayed the weekend. But really need more than 2 clothes to wash with. Very unhappy about that. I ask for more the young girl at front desk said they had no more really bad.

Staff was very helpful and accommodated our needs very well . A staff member went above and beyond and handed us a charging block because we had no usb connectors in our room .

Tv channels were limited especially kid shows for families .

The website said people 18 or oder are considered an adult so i booked the hotel. Got down there and they wasn’t gonna allow me and my 20 year old sister say. They decided to because it was only for one night.

The place was wonderful , clean however you should have microwave in room or at least at the lobby because I asked how to warm up my food and a receptionist could not help.

I was charged 3 times for the $50 deposit because the guy kept saying it didn't go through on his end

The price was different than promised. The other guests on the hall had children and they were extremely noisey. I experienced my concerns to the attendant and she instantly sold my room before I could leave at 9 pm. It was very upsetting.
