The rooms were absolutely spotless and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Denise (I really hope I'm spelling her name right) and Sasha were the best hotel staff I've ever encountered, and went above and beyond to accommodate us even when we ran into really bizarre problems (the kind that aren't the fault of the hotel). They helped us book an extra night when we decided to change our plans even though we originally booked online, and made sure we were comfortable. They even called the room to check that it was up to our standards when we first got into it, offering unprompted to move us to a different room if it wasn't.

The breakfast was a bit lacking compared to other hotels I've stayed at in this price range, but honestly that's not that big a deal and there's a McDonald's a short walk away so it didn't bother us.

We booked this out of desperation because the other hotel was so disgusting. Should’ve booked this first! Excellent rooms, friendly staff, clean, good breakfast. Oh and decent work out room!

The only thing I’d mention would be that both elevators were broken the day we checked out. Supposedly maintenance was called.

The room was clean and neat. Attendant was professional and pleasant. Breakfast was offered. It was not expensive in comparison to many others where I have stayed. The neighborhood felt safe.

The breakfast offered did not contain the all the necessary nutrients the body needs. It was heavy on carbohydrates. Bread, bread, waffles, muffins. I know carbs gives energy, but simple carbs aids obesity, diabetes, etc. A lack of protein was my biggest concern. But..I guess for the cost of the stay, that is understandable.

Room was excellent. Everything was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The location is right off the highway and it's not too far from anything in Raleigh if you are planning to stay a while.

The breakfast was fine. Nothing special. We had waffles which were standard but good, but didn't have many other options for my wife who is more of a picky eater. Not a big complaint but there are frequently trains passing by so we didn't lose sleep but it was noticeable from our room.

Room was very clean as well as lobby and elevators. Located in what appeared to be a business park. Had to drive about 7 minutes to a nicer restaurant. McDonalds within walking distance.

The male that checked us in could try smiling a little. He did his job but wasn't very friendly. The female that checked us out was fabulous. She was engaging, upbeat and put you in a happy mood to start the day.

property was very clean and up to date. staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

there was not much to do around the hotel, shopping and dining was a good 10 minute drive. the water pressure was not very strong and the hot water took quite a bit of time to heat for the shower and sinks. the pool was good but no towels in the pool area. only a continental breakfast.

The bed was very comfortable.

They thermostat in the room would constantly blow hot/cold air, even when turned completely off. This made it almost impossible to keep a comfortable temperature. They also ran out of coffee in the morning. Not "we have to make more", but "there's none left in the building". And the water pressure could use a little boost.

Comfy beds, very pleasant staff and great location...we stay here several times a year

House keeping forgot to restock the towels in our room, and a wake up call from the desk that wasn't requested. I had also requested we be close to the elevator for my wife's mobility issues...we were at the very end of the hall. But hotel was packed.

Nice and clean room. Great location- quick drive to major stores and many eating options. The staff was quick and accommodating. The refreshments offered were nice and had quick grab options

Our mirror was falling off the wall and we needed to request more towels twice before getting them.

Great location. Everything was near. Activities around the area where great. Restaurants was also good. I was able to bring in the new year comfortable.

Didn't like how the front desk guy was very disrespectful. My guest in I were told that we couldn't receive something as simple as a plastic fork. We had to drive to the store just to receive 1. He also told us he didn't have any but had them for breakfast. Being a guest here ment our needs come first or try to fill our needs not to be disrespectful when speaking to guest.
