The location was good. Not too far from the family and events we were attending. The room was comfortable and clean.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The price was too much. We were told they would special make somethings for us, however there wasn't a menu posted so we found breakfast away from the hotel. There was not literature showing special events in the area. We did see on day 3 where you could scan a QR code and could find basic information about the hotel. Where we try to chose Hilton, this Doubletree was expensive to spent the amount of time we spent. We found out later that our price would have been less if we had not used Booking.com. Information for the future.

Friendly staff great location

room was being updated as we left, should have been before! we moved to another room that was in a lot better shape after 3 nights! They did take money off our bill since we had to move. The hotel was starting renovations starting with the top floor where we were. people at front desk were wonderful though!

Great venue. Friendly staff. Clean, spacious room with amenities. I especially appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks.

I didn't have any shampoo in my room and hadn't brought any with me because hotel rooms always have shampoo. I didn't have time to call down and ask for more so I had to use the body wash. No big deal, but it was surprising. Also, my second morning there, the coffee station had not been cleaned restocked.

I liked the ambiance of the hotel it was very nice and decorative. The big tree in the lobby was pretty and it was very clean and fresh.

The fact that I had to pay for breakfast! I can understand a price for the buffet which was actually a reasonable price but continental breakfast should be included in the price of the stay.

The property was very clean and the staff was wonderful. Also loved the amount of counter space available in the rooms.

We were disappointed to learn upon checkin that the indoor pool was not available during our stay. A prior warning would have been nice so we could have warned my daughter, she has been looking forward to it.

the room coffee was the only thing we weren’t crazy about. complimentary coffee downstairs was delish!

Everything was smooth, from check in until check out. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I liked that it was close to shopping areas. Also, that traffic wasn't terrible. The hotel offered a great breakfast daily.

The pool and restaurant was closed. I was not given advance notice about this situation.

The location was pretty good. The staff was very friendly and had no problem helping me. They gave us cookies and water and made sure we knew we could go to them with any questions or concerns.

The only thing I believe did not meet my expectations, was that the bed would creak real loud when I sat on it.
