The interior of the hotel itself is very sheek and modern. The TV worked easily, as did the air conditioning (which is generally an issue in most hotels) and the bathroom and beds were clean to perfection.

The parking isn’t for the faint at heart. There are signs posted that your vehicle will be towed if you don’t have a parking pass, yet, they don’t give parking passes. I was mid-shower and didn’t have enough shampoo and conditioner for my hair. The front desk quickly brought some up (faster than anyone has ever brought me something at a hotel before), but had I not been with family, I’d have had to get out of the shower, get dressed, and get it from her.

Well designed hotel with excellent amenities. Spacious and comfortable rooms with beautiful modern design. We enjoyed the Bistro cafe and appreciated the indoor pool for a swim at the end of the day. We also found the staff to be welcoming and very efficient. Two of the front desk staff helped us with an issue we had with our room and made it possible for us to move to another room, which we greatly appreciated.

The hotel is located on a secondary road that connects Biltmore Village to west Asheville. The road carries a significant amount of traffic, so you need to take care if you set out to walk to the shops and restaurants in the Village. But this was a minor issue and we quickly learned to stay on the sidewalks and cross at the intersections in order to stay safe.

The facilities were exceptionally clean and my room was so comfortable. It truly was perfect after a long day of traveling. The location was close to the attractions I planned on seeing. The lobby also smells divine!

The food at the restaurant was not good. I ordered a BLT and I’m not sure how you can go wrong with that, but it was not good at all. But if that’s the only negative piece of feeeback I have, I’d say this was an exceptional stay. I would stay here again 100%.

We could walk to several restaurants all with a variety of food choices and prices. The staff was all great to work with and we enjoyed the bartender (young Spanish lady). The room was clean and very co for table.

We had no dislikes.

Overall stay was great. Breakfast great Proximity to the Biltmore and Biltmore village was very convenient. Price was very reasonable.

Overlooked a recycling /junk yard not the best view or scenery.

Location was perfect for our needs. Close to the interstate, Biltmore Estate & Village. Free parking. A right turn out of parking lot takes you to the River/Arts district. You can also use this route to travel “outside” of downtown to get to the Asheville visitors center. Park there then it’s an easy walk to the Grove Arcade and other spots downtown. The hotel is clean and has a nice smell to the lobby and elevator area (eucalyptus? perhaps ). Our room was very spacious as was the bathroom. We were on the side facing the road so we did hear some traffic sounds but it wasn’t a deal breaker by any means. Bed was comfortable. I liked the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower- just and easy pump to get what you needed. Also liked that the closet door was mirrored on both sides. Any staff we came in contact with were professional and pleasant. It’s the second time we have stayed here, will again and highly recommend it.

Room fridge is on the small side. Bins for trash and recycling could be larger.

The location to where we wanted to be was great. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accomodating during our entire stay.

The prcies and quality of the food in the hotel could have been better. I wouldn't have minded paying the prices, if the amount/quality of the food was commensurate with that price.

Convenient for breakfast before sightseeing or hiking. Location ideal for visiting Biltmore House and eating or shopping at charming Boston Way, Relaxing by the fire pit at end of day, with good wine from the hotel bar, was our perfect nightcap ritual. Rooms are very clean, beds comfortable, and large bathroom has a big walk-in shower.

Fan in bathroom did not have a switch, so couldn't put on high during shower. I think it came on with light switch, but not sure.

The location was great, close to everything. Appreciated the Starbucks in the lobby. Our room was cleaned daily and in a timely manner.

The doors shut loudly, no matter how you tried to shut them. The coffee offering in the room was disappointing, as well as no complementary water.

IT WAS CLSOE TO ALL THE ATTRACTIONS WE WANTED TO SEE WHILE VISITING. THE ROOMS WERE VERY NICE AND CLEAN, THE LOCATION WAS GREAT WE WERE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF FOOD

I DID NOT LIKE THE IDEA OF NOT HAVING A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AND THE BISTRO WAS VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT FOOD YOU RECEIVED. WE WOULD JUST WALK TO A NEARBY RESTAURANT
