The location was close to the event. Kids loved the swimming pool. The staff was great! I believe the front desk manager was Andrè, he was extremely helpful with our check in. The staff was super friendly and several times were holding doors open for my daughter and I as we were taking items to our car. This is the second time we have stayed at this Hampton Inn and both stays have been enjoyable.

Honestly, the only negative thing I can say about this property is that I wish you could make a left hand turn onto the main road. I know this is not something the property can do anything about but it would be helpful if you needed to leave out going left.

the staff were welcoming and accommodating. provided relevant information and really wanted to assist. extremely clean through out the property from entrance, hallways, elevators and rooms. no stray hairs, no remnants from prior occupants. the staff really take pride in their work. stayed at other properties and a disaster- unclean and staff nit wanting to assist with nothing

no complaints. these staff members were so attentive, helpful and cheerful everyday that I saw them - donnell, wills and norma(a true gem!!!)

There was no cream for the coffee in the lobby when we arrived on Tuesday. Wednesday there still was no cream fir breakfast. I didn't complain because everyone was doing their best but an employee mentioned to me that they were out for a couple days and he just wished they would send him out to the store! He had a solution but someone didn't listen. Coffee is important to a lot of people.

The front desk staff were very accommodating. They explained everything, like where the closet was, how I could purchase wine from the display because there was no bar on the premises, how to get to the restaurant up and around the property. The breakfast bar staff was also very friendly, making sure everyone had gotten all they needed before they broke down the setup.

I was in and out of the hotel, so there was not anything I didn't like except I wish the night I sat in front of the fire pit, it had not been so windy. I could not stay long but I got the ambiance even just for a short time.

Clean, well stocked, friendly service

bedding was too small! we had a king bed and the top sheet only reached the edges of the bed. Once two people were in bed it was do without on one side or both scoot to the middle of the bed. We gave up in the middle of the first night and I got the sheet and blanket from closet and hubbie got only the comforter to sleep with. We left after our meeting on Monday and did not stay our third night. We have stayed at this Hampton and many others without this problem. Someone is cutting corners on linens.

I liked the fact that it was only about a 10 minute drive to downtown . it was in a good location and not very far from all the things we came there to do.

the only negative thing i have to say is, the people staying across the hall from us were very loud and arguing all night long . You could hear it from the end of the hallway.

We really enjoyed the front desk attendant. Geoffrey provided us with wonderful service. He was kind and attentive. Free 24/7 coffee, tea, and hot cocoa was awesome!! The hot tub and pool were great. Most of all — the hotel was quiet. No loud running around. No doors slamming. No foot traffic in the stairs. Very peaceful!!

Breakfast could have had more vegetarian options. Everything was meat, dairy, and breads. Would have loved to see more options.

The room was nice, It was comfortable, quiet and had a microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast was very good and the staff did a great job at keeping the area clean and well stocked. The outdoor fireplace was relaxing.

The only thing I did not like was that the bathroom did not have and exhaust fan. The mirror gets all fogged up and with several people using the room at close intervals, a fan is necessary.

Very clean and well maintained. Very nice amenities (pool, hot tub, fitness center, and complimentary breakfast). Had a minor issue with bathroom faucet and it was immediately addressed and the staff member was very friendly and professional! Staff was very kind, helpful, personable, efficient, and effective. Location is near most Asheville attractions. Highly recommend.

Not being able to connect smartphone to TV to stream TV.

I really enjoyed my stay the pool area very nice and clean they have a fireplace outside lounge the rooms were very clean and spacious The hotel is in a very good location it has everything nearby I will definitely stay here everytime I come to NC
