Quality Inn Asheville Downtown Tunnel Rd

We were so impressed with our stay at this hotel! The rooms were recently renovated and so clean. The free breakfast was perfect and had a combination of waffles, cereal, oatmeal, toast, yogurt, coffee etc. Everyone was very kind. The location was also great- only 7 min from downtown. We felt very safe and were so happy this exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. Would stay here again

Convenient location just minutes from Downtown Asheville. Very affordable rate compared to other hotels in the area. Newly renovated rooms with well lit bathrooms and extremely comfortable beds.

Door to the room had a large crack. Otherwise, no complaints! Saw that most negative reviews were due to the complimentary breakfast. We never did make it down there. So breakfast aside, it’s a very nice hotel!

Room had everything we needed... coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. Room was clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was basic, but in line with cost, so fine. Since instant grits were offered, I looked for butter that was NOT offered... But the muffins and sausage rolls were great.

see above... would have liked butter for grits. Also, I prefer milk to half and half and would have liked it offered.

The gentleman who checked me in on July 23 was extremely courteous and helpful. He worked hard to allow me to check in early. I truly appreciated the extra effort. The room was perfect and I enjoyed my stay.

Everything was perfect.

I stayed in a Quality Inn location in Greensboro. It was awful. This one on Tunnel Rd was beautiful, clean, and everything was great. Since the beginning of pandemic, all the hotels no longer provide a good breakfast but that is to be expected. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Monica at the front desk was excellent she gave me wonderful recommendations on things to do since this was just a quick weekend getaway. The room was exceptionally clean they recently had a remodel and it looks great the room smelled wonderful the bed was very comfortable nice fresh crisp linen. The property is well maintained overall my experience was excellent.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions no breakfast, they had a bagged breakfast but I slept through it the coffee was excellent. I really have nothing bad to say about my stay Waffle House was across the street.

This is a great place to stay that is clean, close to downtown and other restaurants and conveniences. The check-in staff was friendly. Room was comfortable. No weird smells. There was a complimentary breakfast but we slept late and ate at the Waffle House across the street. Check out is 11am which was great.

Couldn’t check in before 3:00 pm which wasn’t a big deal but still somewhat annoying because most places will let you checkin around 2:00 which is when we arrived.

It was very updated and clean. The staff was friendly and it did not feel like a motel on the inside. I would stay here again.

I thought it was a hotel, but it was actually a motel, but that is my fault for not looking into it more. Also the breakfast literally only had 3 things.

Very clean and easy in and out

The stuff was not very friendly but I stayed there when it was super8 and it was very friendly. I have just now try it while it was Quality Inn. It was super clean so I'll take that over friendly stuff.

it was extremely clean inside and out. the staff was very friendly and refreshing. we were very comfortable in our room and close to great restaurants. Best hotel we stayed at on our whole trip and so glad our last leg of our trip we have booked the same in Florida. will definitely stay again in the future!
