It was just OK. The only hot item was waffles and for diabetics that is not a breakfast option. Would like to have seen a hot breakfast such as scrambled eggs, bacon and grits or hash brown potatoes. Other hotels can do this in this price point so this hotel should be able to as well.

DO NOT AGREE AT ALL with hotel charging/Holding and extra $100 deposit on my credit card until checking out. I don't care what it's for it reduces my available credit on my card and it takes a few days up to a week to credit back. If I had known that I would have booked another hotel. Also did not like to have to use room key to come in and out even during the day at main entrance. Should be open at least from 7am-6pm. . Staff was not happy--meaning not smiling almost like they did not tho be there.

Breakfast was good little grab and go. I appreciated that in the mornings. Wifi was solid, no issues at all. It is right off the interstate so close to a lot of good locations for food, travel, activities.

A couple nights sleep seemed difficult with the pillows. Could not find the sweet spot. Wish ice machine was on both floors. Location was quiet mostly yet the part of town it is in seems older or less developed.

Like most families who stayed week of 8/1/22 we were there for Jr.Olympics for the week so used it as place to rest nightly. The room was clean and the property is secured at night. House keeping cleans daily and refreshes on towels etc. The staff was pretty nice as well. Don’t expect tons of extra amenities but overall clean property.

Don’t plan on eating breakfast here as the selection is limited including no eggs or meat so just cereal and bagels/muffin type of thing.

Room was clean. Accommodations were modern. The price was good for a one night stay. It was close to the interstate.

When we left that morning there had been 11 car break ins overnight. There were security cameras. However, most of it was right in front of the hotel. Not sure how it wasn't noticed if someone was working the front desk during overnight hours and watching the cameras. It seems it could've been caught sooner before so many cars were damaged. We were also placed in a room near the hotel entrance. The bell that rang every time someone needed to get into the front doors and the commotion in the lobby was loud for the room we were in.

The breakfast was on par with any other motel, it was small. The ease of highway access was a plus, always nice when traveling.

The location wasn’t the best and deterred us from walking around the area. The insulation can be improved, neighbors coming in and talking around 4:00 did awaken me.

EXCELLENT customer service even though I checked in at 2am. Also, the property was super quiet.

My card had a hold for the total amount at check in plus $150 then at check out it was charged again. They said their system is bad about that. Currently waiting in 1 charge plus deposit to drop off :(

The place was clean and neat. Rooms were good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was really good and the waffle machine was a winner. The location of this hotel was great as we could get straight back on the highway after our stay without any delay.

It was an all round pleasant stay.

The breakfast was fine all things considering with covid-19 going on.

The water was cold one morning in the shower, and I couldn't understand why. I didn't like that I had to pay extra because I had to use another card because my bank account card was compromised from a transaction from another company. Therefore I had to get another card right before I stayed at the hotel. I changed everything online when it asked me to with my new car information. I thought that would suffice but the hotel still wanted me to call them. I did not check my email because I was driving and I don't read emails while I'm driving. I don't read emails when I'm trying to get ready for a trip as well.

Everything was good. The handicapped rm.#101 was a little tight cause we had a wheelchair which made it tight.

The roon handicapped bench was too small. There was no fruit, sauage, or bacon one breakfast bar.

Staff was nice. Good easy location close to highway. Good price.

Breakfast limited but ok given the price. The unit was not very clean. Floor not completely clean. Dirty towel behind door. Neighbors a little noisy.
