The gentleman that was at the desk the evening of my check in provided excellent customer service. There was an unhappy customer he handled with such Grace and made those of us waiting in line feel good and valued as he got to each of us one by one. He was great!

I woke up with a bug in the bed right by my pillowcase. I didn’t see any other bugs in the bed when I stripped it back so I didn’t say anything. I suppose that can randomly happen but it due freak me out a little.

The room was spacious and clean, and the check in was simple. Employees were incredibly friendly and organized. Stay was affordable and pleasant. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the pool was clean. The whole time I felt very relaxed and was even checked on by staff during my stay to make sure I was enjoying it.

The pillows were very flat. This is truly the only critique i can think of.

For most of my adult life I've traveled, and can tell the difference between a good hotel and a great one. Usually it starts with the people. This Hampton Inn is one great hotel - welcoming staff, huge & comfy room, lots & lots of nutritious choices for breakfast, and everything super clean. There is such a good vibe here. Plus, I left my phone charger and the front desk folks helped me get it sent back to me. Just WOW!

Nothing that I didn't like. Everything and everyone exceeded my expectations. I hope I get to go back to Chapel Hill and stay here again!

Blessing who was at the front desk and the staff at this hotel MADE the whole visit. The hotel was clean and comfortable but the customer service was the best. It was an incredibly busy weekend and the staff wasn't just kind, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They welcomed the kids and remembered us every time we came through the door.

Extremely clean. Room was spotless. Front desk was super nice upon arrival. Loved coffee in the lobby was easily accessible in AM. Great location!

The parking garage doesn’t connect to the hotel. I’m sure it has to do with security and safety, so the minor inconvenience of walking outdoors to the parking garage isn’t something that can be changed.

Excellent hotel, the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was bright and airy and had about as great of a view as you can get for Chapel Hill / Carrboro. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was straightforward. The fridge in the room was useful. The location for the hotel is excellent. We stayed here so that we could ditch the car and have a good night out and that was happily achieved.

You can hear everything in the connected room. Unfortunately, the person next door was ranting on the phone - you could hear the whole conversation. There needs to be better sound insulation from the adjoining doors. The hotel was really very COVID conscious and that was appreciated but it did mean that the breakfast was a bit sparse and there was a lot of packaging waste.

One of the elevators was out of service. The hotel hosted a huge book of rooms for wedding guests that weekend, and it took quite some time for it to come. There were a few times we had to use the stairs. I had surgery on my knee so because of that my stay was not the best

The personnel is very nice and very helpful. The instalation are very well maintained.

For the house keeping service you have to schedule it a day before, each day of your stay. I think that's not comfortable for the user considering long stays in a hotel. I got problems with the wifi connection but it was resolved by the counter girl!

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the style of the room, and the cleanliness. Also, I was able to get a reservation at the last minute.

I didn’t like the parking situation. The deck wasn’t connected to the hotel and I had to pay for parking. Parking was an extra expense I wasn’t counting on. It also made my trips to get in and out of parking deck that much longer. Really. But I would still stay there again.
