modern. exceptional design. very comfortable sleeping facilities (SERTA "dream Sleeper). wife loved, loved wanted to take it home. the staff, was warm and friendly an acknowledging and let's not forget their amazing automatic pancake making machine alone with free breakfast (delicious).

no real complaint. was a busy weekend when we visited. floors could have been swept a little better, but overall room was comfortable and clean as was bathroom, was clean and well designed.

Very convenient to Duke and Chapel Hill The price was fair and the bed was comfortable Looked like a brand new facility.

When we checked into our room the thermostat read 75 degrees and it took two hours to cool the room down once we lowered the thermostat to 67. I know they can’t anticipate what time you will check in but maybe keep the thermostat at 69? More comfortable….. I wish they had healthier snack options at the desk- maybe popcorn / fruit cups ?

Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed and it and had some nice choices of foods and beverages.

An issue we have. Booking.com charged us $135.94 (full price) on 2/13. Hotel charged us on 2/19 $165.36. On 2/20 hotel charged us $22.44. The only thing I expected to pay at hotel was the $50 pet fee since we paid in full earlier online. Very confused. Hopefully this can be corrected soon.

Location was great. Room was clean and the hotel had a fun, inviting atmosphere to it.

Front desk person when I checked in wasn't that warm and welcoming. Just was a little off putting for the overall atmosphere of the hotel and couldn't help but think that if that person had smiled and been welcoming, this would have been a great hotel. But she was a somewhat negative first impression of the place.

The room, bed and bath were very comfortable and clean.

I had not heard of “TRU” in regard to Hilton until we noticed the designation on the sign leading to the driveway. Being curious, I looked it up and was dismayed that one of the descriptors said for “…design savvy travelers on a budget with rates of $90-100 per night…”. Our rather small room, located about 2 miles from the center of Chapel Hill NC cost $190 and change for the one night - not what I would call a bargain.

The tubes of soap and shampoo were very low and not filled during our stay. We were allotted 2 rolls of TP FOR 3 days and it was not replaced when one was out. We literally cked out with 3 sheets left lol Plenty of parking- it was quiet - appreciated 24 hour Ana is and drinks available.

See above. Breakfast had a lot of high sugar choices - would have like oatmeal or fresh fruit salad

The check-in process was very smooth and quick. We arrived earlier than expected and were fortunate enough to be allowed to check-in early since the room was available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the room and bathroom was, maybe because its a newer hotel. A great experience for the price!

Excellent amenities, nice location. Breakfast was pretty good. Electric vehicle charging. You can bring your pets for a small charge. Affordable. I like that they have refillable shampoo and body wash bottles in the shower. Brand new hotel.

Could be a little cleaner. Our floor didn’t look like it had been swept and there was still trash I. our trash can.

Very fresh for being a newly built hotel. Check out at Noon was great for our schedule and purpose.

When we checked out, the staff at the front desk wasn’t very pleasant to speak with. Really gave off the demeanor of not caring and bothering him. He sat there, head resting on his closed hand like he was bored, giving short answers. Not very professional at all.

The place was AMAZING!! loved the comfort and cozy LOBBY. the color theme and the areas to sit. I spent more time in the lobby than my room. I love when I entered my room it had my name on the screen.

There are NO complaints here. PERFECT experience
