I like the location I like the bed TV in a remote refrigerator and the alarm clock

The carpet that was under the bed and hanging out from under the bed on the sides of the bed on the floor that carpet needed to be vacuumed also in the bathroom the bathwater when taking a shower the water was going down very slow it needs to be plunged or put some Draino in the tub to drain it so then the water can go down faster when you take a shower or bath.

Great location. Our room was great love the big bath tub. Pet friendly. Most of the staff was friendly and done a amazing job. Demisha at the front desk needs a raise and deserves to get a award or something she goes above and beyond. We are going to be staying at the Red Roof Inn for some time and we keeping telling people we know to stay there also when they come in town.

The young man named Jordan is rude doesn't do his job at all always away from the front desk he doesn't answer calls rather they are from your room or outside line I had people that were coming in from West Virginia they called the front office to make a reservation and Jordan never answered the phone they went to another hotel. The construction workers being really loud and out drinking in the parking lot.

The location was perfect for us. It was also an easy off and on from the highway.

There were no working vending machines. The washer was labeled use at your own risk. There was no refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker . This was inconvenient because there were no restaurants within walking distance. We had no maid service the 4 days we were there. Trash was getting full from all the drink cups we went through.

It was an overall great stay. Very comfortable and was able to relax and not worry. It was very convenient to food and shopping. Didn't have to travel far when I needed to go out. The staff were very kind and welcoming.

Basic cheap room clean when arrived

I stayed for 2 weeks they never cleaned or checked my room during my stay. Had to ask for a clean towel and throw my trash outside.

The night staff was amazing who went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed.

They were remodeling it some because some of my lights didn’t work but I got along great with the ones that did work.

great location, laid back, you have privacy, easy check in and the water stays very hot with tons of pressure.

very hard to book a room for the weekend if you forget to book far in advance. especially with any UNC events. they will make you leave if not, even if you have been there for a week or two

Been staying here off and on for sveral years - the staff has always been friendly and attentive, the place is kept very clean! The building is older - no getting around that, but it is maintained rather well. And the location near UNC cannot be beat!

Quick, easy check in/check out. Free TV and WiFi were awesome, room was comfortable and well cooled.

TV reception died right when rain starts.

The room was clean, everything was working, and overall it was a good budget experience. Check-in and out was quick and easy too.

I wish there had been an electric kettle or something to make tea or coffee, and a few more plastic cups, but it is a minor detail.
