Night Manager blocked the single lane breezeway in front of the hotel entrance with his personal vehicle between 7AM and 8AM on August 7th when my wife and I were trying to carry our bags out to our car. The front desk receptionist said he was in his office in the back. As we were getting to our car, he came out to move his car, gave us a smile as we were leaving. Very inconsiderate of the hotel guests.

I requested to be closer to the elevator so I wouldn’t have to walk so far. My request was made during booking and again upon arrival. I was given room 427. while there is a room 428, 427 was actually the last and furthest room away from the elevator. the first hallway would be fine placement.

The hotel is dog-friendly and had very nice guest areas (gym/pool/grilling area). I was traveling with a 5x8 Uhaul trailer and had no problem finding parking (I parked next to the Tesla chargers and had no issues). There is also a ton of stores and restaurants in the area. Get out and explore a bit because there is some great food!

Not the most walkable area.

The location of the facility was excellent. We were close to and easily accessible to who and where we needed to reach for our reason of travel. The facility is close to drivable and some walkable restaurants, stores, merchants, and activities. Great staff- very helpful, informative, and friendly.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They let us move to a different room near a side door for our 2 small dogs. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Property very quiet despite nearby construction. Plenty of options to grab a bite to eat near the hotel but you can also purchase frozen microwavable meals, snacks and cold soft drinks or bottled water in hotel lobby. Coffee & hot water always available in lobby. Super-convenient location. We booked same room for our return trip through Durham!

Grab n Go breakfast was a little sparse - just bagels & cream cheese and a couple packets of instant oatmeal & grits. Maybe we were late?

It was beautiful, the room was okay. Bed was comfortable and big.

We didn’t get the room we selected & we had a room with a door to another room, which was annoying because you could hear everything on their side. When we went downstairs to ask for another room, they told us they accidentally over booked and had to switch rooms around to accommodate everyone. They could have called to let us know. There was also hair on the towel.

you can borrow a cook top but options were very limited. The AC was a bit loud

The room was excellent and clean. The facility also was clean.

The breakfast score a zero with me. If they could improve that area that will greatly improve everything.

The Hotel was great. The staff was wonderful. The room was very comfortable. The whole hotel was very clean. They were even vacuuming the threshold plates and inbetween the elevators. Wow

Love how they use the space to provide a mini kitchen specially when we prefer to cook our own meals. The mini portable stove is genius!

There should be clarification that is only a one mini portable stove, the decal on the microwave makes it sound like it comes as a set of two burners. Oh maybe specify what items will be in the drawers so we can bring our own.
