it was very nice, clean, fresh coffee every day and it was not cheap coffee, everyone was nice except the young man when I checked in was rude, but the rest of the staff made up for his shortcomings, the breakfast was great and Nicely set up and had everything you needed, another thing I didn’t like for the price there was no microwave in the room which made it very hard cause you would have to come down stairs, so that would keep me from ever staying at your property for any other trips, thank you

The breakfast was okay. The location was great for what we were there for.

We have stated at that location several times over the past yr, the young gentleman who was on has been there in the past and is very good. We had an issue July 2021when we were there with bed beds and were/ are VERY disappointed with how.it was handled. We were told the manager would get in touch with us the beginning of the wk but we never heard from her. We were told we would get a discount which we never did. When I booked our next visit I didn't think it was at that location, since we never heard from the manager, even after several calls, I wasn't happy to stay again but we were tired and like I said location was good for the reason we were there. Luckily the young gentleman I mentioned was on and was so pleasant we decided to try again

it’s convenient, staff is always helpful and friendly. Breakfast is sufficient to get me started. it is NON smoking. (though I smelled a smoker’s smoke from outside as they were too close to the building. You follow safety protocols for CoVid, still, which is still going on… and many people are there for medical appointments and procedures. (I was there b’cuz I had surgery next day, EARLY).

I wish smokers had to be further from the building when smoking outside. And I was a bit frustrated as I was there night before surgery and unable to partake of breakfast, and feel like even though it’s built in cost, I only stayed <12 hours… I wish there was a ‘medical rate’ gif people in my position. both times I’ve stayed were due to medical related visits to town. also not enough plugs close to the bed. I needed my phone and other devices plugged in.

The hotel was clean and the gentleman at the desk was very kind and helpful. I asked if there was a Panera Bread nearby and he directed us to the shopping mall nearby. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was satisfying.

We had a hard time finding the hotel as it is tucked away off of the road. The sign at the road is low to the ground and harder to see from one direction due to foliage on the neighboring property. The pool was closed even though it looked functional and welcoming. We were offered the use of the pool at another hotel about 5 minutes away. After driving for 10 hours we did not want to drive anywhere else.

Breakfast and location were fine. The room was large and very clean. I like having a bathtub in the room. Staff was very friendly and courteous at this local, not so much in Carboro where we accidentally checked in (we were supposed to be in Chapel Hill) The woman at the desk was unfriendly, did not acknowledge us when we waited at the desk and seemed unduly put out by our error

Loud ice machine and the in room refrigerator was also very loud. Also staff should wear masks. My son got COVID during our stay and although I don’t know that it was from the hotel it’s certainly possible

The hotel staff was nice and able to answer all questions, like adding my Hilton Honors. I appreciated 2 bottles of water on check-in. The hotel itself was very clean, and did not smell of laundry detergent. I felt the hotel was very sanitized (Thank you). The breakfast was ok, but the staff were so professional and constantly keeping up with cleaning to make the area nice for guests. Excellent location with restaurants and Harris Teeter grocery within 1 mile.

The breakfast options was just ok. Waffles are always appreciated. Would have been nice to have oatmeal offering, instead of the packets.

Your typical well-maintained Hampton. Impressive gym with 45- and 50-lbs dumbbells. As a CrossFitter, I was very pleasantly surprised.

At checkout, the hotel couldn’t provide an itemized bill, which I need for reimbursement. The receptionist suggested that it’s because the reservation was made through booking.com. I’m afraid I’m going to have an issue with accounts payable when trying to get reimbursed for this trip. Perhaps, this could be fixed for future business travellers.

Excellent location. Room was a true suite with a bedroom with 2 queen beds and bathroom and a living space with a pull out sofa. Wet bar, 2 TV's - the room was HUGE (almost 600sf!) Bathroom had separate sink room and a separate commode/shower area - convenient when someone was in the shower or using the commode you could wash your hands or brush your teeth. Two separate thermostats for bedroom and living space made it easy to customize both areas. If we stay there again, we will ask for the same room for sure! Breakfast was awesome both Saturday and Sunday morning with a good variety and good tasting food.

Ice maker on our floor wasn't working but we just went to another floor to get ice so it was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is modernized. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly & professional. When we entered our room there a very delightful aroma. The remote was covered with a plastic bag cover & hand wipes were beside it.

Surprisingly, there were no dresser drawers in our room. Fortunately, we were only staying for one night. There was a few noticeable stains on the carpet.

The hotel and our room were very clean. It’s a modern upgraded hotel. Really nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were allow ti check in a little early which we appreciated.

Breakfast was just okay. The air conditioner in our room was too strong for the space but the room was very close and stuffy if we turned it off. All of the pillows were the same, super puffy so they were pretty uncomfortable.
