You have to request bed linen towels etc. and basically put your garbage out. You have to make your own bed and request towels etc pick up from front desk. So basically it’s like being home but paying to sleep at your home. I understand it’s covid but why is this hotel not doing the daily services of providing the clients with housekeeping services? Just a thought maybe no staff. If that be the case, should be more accommodating in the pricing revisit website and remove breakfast add bag breakfast. Very misleading Other than that it’s a great location, staff at front desk very pleasant and professional . I would stay here again once covid is over

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The elevator and hall floors were filthy and not vacuumed. The elevator and halls smelled gross. No hair dryer in my room. I had to call front desk AND walk to front desk to get one. I was told the woman working was the only one working and couldn't leave the front desk but I encountered THREE women working during my walk with wet hair to the lobby. I was told the hair dryers keep being stolen but I didn't bring one because a hair dryer was listed as an amenity. The phone in my room did not work.

Having food allergies and sensitivities I was still able to eat some of the breakfast provided. The hotel was pretty quiet.

With 15 minutes left of breakfast, the waffle maker was turned off and my daughter couldn't get a waffle. The view from my room wasn't pleasant, old broken down appliances in the back of the building. This is the only hotel that I've stayed in without a fan in the bathroom. Even though the room appeared clean, I clean more since COVID. I sprayed the bathroom down with Lysol and wiped clean after our long drive and my daughter couldn't go in the bathroom because of the strong smell. Lastly, ice machine didn't work on 2 of the floors.

1. The location:good district,a lot of shops,banks,mobile services around,great for first coming in NC 2 simple but clean and nice rooms,all needed is in the room 3.breakfasts are healthy and various 4.staff is friendly

1. No cleaning for the whole week,maybe it was our fault we didn’t put the sign in the door for cleaning 2.swimming pool didn’t work 3. Our sink was stuck

I enjoyed how clean the facility was as well as the attention to customer service. Accessible to many different shopping experiences within minutes. Huge local flea market less than a mile up the road, outlet mall about 10 mins away and a mall within walking distance with a movie theatre. Right across the street is also a paved bike/walking greenway. Nice relaxing weekend staycation. Breakfast was also well prepared. Fresh cut fruit, cereal, waffles, sausage, eggs. Overall impressed with this hotel experience. Definitely on my list of hotels to recommend to friends and family visiting Charlotte.

Only found one elevator not sure if there were more. No turkey sausage or turkey bacon on the breakfast bar.

This was a good property for my fiancé and I to stay at for our trip. We didn’t need much from staff but they seemed welcoming and accommodating. When we first got there a man was outside lead blowing the front bushes and stuff, shows he cares about what his property looks like!

Building could use some TLC. just general maintenance issue but nothing that affected the stay of my trip. There is a nice looking bike path across the street but the area nearby does seem to be a little unsafe at night

1.location (shops,shopping centers,mobile store,pharmacy,banks,restaurants are pretty close), perfect for the first stay in NC 2. Rooms are simple but clean and nice,all necessary items are there 3.breakfast healthy and variable 4.staff is friendly

1.swimming pool was closed (maybe the weather didn’t give us chance to swim) 2. No cleaning in the room for 5 days, (we didn’t put “make up the room” sign but anyway

The rooms were really clean.

The outside of the hotel doesn’t look as good as the inside. There was a man, I’m not sure if he was actually staying there or just there hanging out. But when I first arrived I was a little nervous because the man was just sitting beside the elevator with a bag acting strange and asking a lot of questions. That made me really uncomfortable throughout my stay. Also, I wish the staff were a little more friendlier.

Everything was clean and staff was very good. I like there breakfast menu everything perfect. Our stay was very good there.I must say breakfast serving girl was doing very good job I see her update everything on time and take care of cleanses.

Hair dryer was not available as it should be there so it’s not a big issue can be updated for future guests. Everything was ok overall.
