I loved everything about the hotel and accommodations.

I pre booked for my birthday but end of having scheduling conflicts. I sent a request to cancel well over 24 hours in advance. I know the requirement is 48 hours, but I’m coming home for my birthday weekend they could have at least honored the cancellation. I feel like at that point i was forced to stay here.

I loved the location. I love Marriott. The next time I come, I will stay at this facility. It was covid and precautions of spreading was well prevented. The continental breakfast spread was sufficient due to covid. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. I loved the black-out drapes. When I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly welcome. My room was ready and when I went into my room. I had a welcome on the t.v..

The breakfast was continental. the variety was good. I was there for 4 days. The first day there were bananas. The next 3, no bananas were available. The first 2 days there was 2% milk. The next 2 days there were out. I asked the staff if they had any more 2% milk and was told that they only have non-fat milk. I know that was not true because I had 2% the first two days. The muffins were available, but there was no way to heat them up. The first day there was honey. The next 3 days they were out. The setup was nice. The hot tea was not accessible. Had to ask staff for hot water and tea. There were not alot of guests at the hotel; however the trash in the area was full every morning.

Didn't get up in time for breakfast, but the staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Great beds! Pillows were a bit broken down, but I guess lots of folks like them that way? Good thing I brought my own! ;-) For a larger suite type room -- 2 double beds with an adjoining room -- the bathroom area was quite cramped and the shower very odd. The metal rectangular drain is rather silly and the water dripped into the drain making a loud clanking sound like a cowboy spitting tobacco into a spittoon. Lol Design flaw I reckon. So you better not take a shower before bed or any time after check-in apparently. And the water pressure was rather lacking, borderline pathetic. Fix the shower and add some better pillows and this would be a very good hotel room for the money! But I may still return in the fall since you are very close to Quail Hollow and I'm going to the President's Cup. :-)

I loved everything about this hotel except the location. Everyone I dealt with (front desk staff/restaurant-bar associate) were extremely friendly. The hotel is immaculate, the beds are super comfortable, the shower was hot and had great water pressure.

It's such a hassle to get in/out of the hotel. Also, there isn't a whole lot immediately around the property within walking distance - I think there is a Jack In The Box but that's about it. But, as much as I didn't like the design of getting in/out, that is definitely not a deal breaker and I will most likely stay there again next time I'm in Charlotte.

it was convenient and clea. we had stayed there the week before because my boyfriend is transferring to Charlotte, and we were checking out the area. since we liked it then, we decided to return.

Location, easy check in, service was great. Very clean and refreshing . We were there with my stepsons football team and we all enjoyed it maybe the kids a bit too much. Staff was so patient!

Really liked the cleanliness and location of property. Close to highway and park, but off to side, like in the cut. Room looked just like the pictures.

Needs more sound proofing.

The breakfast was very good. The food was good. I recommended 100% this hotel. The staff was supper attentive. We had a great time in family, especially it was my daughter's birthday. If you want to fell at home, stay in this hotel.

On the balcony there were some cigarette butts, which was unpleasant for me.

Liked the modern decor, latest technologies (like door locks/cards) many amenities, easy to find, proximity to stores/restaurants

Would really appreciate having coffee available/free in the lobby as was always offered by hotels.

Location was great. We were not able to enjoy the breakfast at the hotel. Our schedule was set to be on the road by 6:30 AM when we went to get the breakfast we were told they didn't start serving until 7AM. I was waiting for them to give us a alterative but they didn't seem to care. We found a nice family resturant within 1 mile of the hotel. You might want to tell your people to direct the early risers to other places.

The room was excellent clean and modern. The only problem I had was understanding the check-in reception personnel . She spoke with a accent. With the plastic shield between us and mask it was very hard to understand her questions. Also there was another receptionist checking in another guest, talking at the same time. They seamed to find this funny when I was asking them to please try to not talk at the same time it's hard to hear what one is saying. They laughed.
