My wife was very impressed with the cranberry juice at breakfast, and said it is delicious. My children liked the automated pancake machine.

Booking.com only sent over the reservation for one of the two rooms I had reserved. Zack at the late night desk did a great job booking us the second room, next to the first, and was careful to only charge us for two, not three rooms. Give Zack a gold star and a raise, lol. Booking.com gets an F for that one - if there had not been a room available... my vacation would have been ruined.That was a very long drive to get there, and that is rotten surprise. I'm sort of getting mad again right now, thinking about it.

Property very well kept and clean. However, our room could use some updating in the room such as Cosmetic, hardware stuff. New shower heads. Scraping, taping & painted around doors panels, walls ect. We enjoyed our one night stay. If your not looking for it you won’t notice it. Property is very kept well!! No issues! Oh and the breakfast was good too!!

Excellent temperature climate control in room!! Comfortable beds. Clean pillows and pillow cases, sheets ect. Cleaning staff very professional and kind. My twenty year old daughters enjoyed the gym

Everyone and everything! I actually went and spoke to the front desk lady to make sure and let the proper individual know that I was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff each one was great from Gloria to all the other staff the next morning! Clean, very accommodating, just great!! Almost forgot the breakfast was awesome, we had 5 in our group and they all spoke about how good it was, a couple even said what I was thinking, even the gravy was really really good!!

Nothing really comes to mind at all that I was disappointed about.

Our family enjoyed the staff, breakfast, and the pool was warm! The beds were very comfortable and lots of pillows+++ Carowinds was within 10 minutes, and the inn location was close to a variety of restaurants and stores including Walmart.

We are a spoiled family, so I would say hash browns or some type of potatoes to go with breakfast. Also, the bacon was half cooked.

Front desk staff was very friendly on all shifts. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding.

We are a parking lot maintenance contractor, so we pay attention to parking lots. Your lot as a few pot holes and it needs to be sealcoated and striped to really make your outside appearance pop and match the wonderful inside experience. Not trying to make a sale, just offering some advice.

Very clean. Seen the lobby being cleaned twice within 5 hours and could smell the cleaner as soon as I walked in the door.

Daughter wanted to take a bath but we couldn’t get the tub stopper to work and also could not get the bathroom door to lock. Wasn’t a big deal but still irritating. Did not like having the heavy comforter on the bed. Would rather have a lightweight comforter and a extra blanket in case I wanted it.

The bed was one of the comfiest bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. The pool was nice and warm in the breakfast was great.

There really wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. The only thing would be the doors. It is hard to keep a moving one and a half year old in the room and when the doors unlock and open the second the handle is twisted.

Loved how large our room was with sitting area, desk area, and we chose two Queens. Bathroom was larger and happily, adult size toilet! Great water pressure. Pretty clean, but wish doors and handles, cupboards were wiped down too. I don't eat breakfast normally, but enticed down by mini cheese omelettes, yummy well done bacon, Greek yogurt, hot cinnamon rolls. Admired their fresh biscuits to go with gravy, chose fresh orange. Friendly front desk and staff.

Beds were ok. Needed satin paint to wipe off old handprints, a few small broken items, in otherwise splendid room.

Rooms, breakfast was good. Biscuits were the bomb along with sausage gravy. Bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs good. Yogurt and fruit, toast, pancakes, cinnamon rolls. Coffee, juices and cereal and oatmeal and milk.

One elevator that was very slow. Last day there had fire alarm go off at 5:30 am. Had to vacate the building early. Smoke on first floor from what we think was from over cooking breakfast and burnt the bacon.

That's my first time staying at the hotel with my family the kids enjoy the breakfast every morning they enjoy the swimming staff is very nice it was a misunderstanding when I first got down and they could not find my booking number to booking.com so they were going to set me up in another room and then they found my reservation everything is fine

I think that when there's four people in the room and you ask housekeeping for clean towels and washcloths and they said they'd only give you two steps at a time did I would have to go downstairs and get it from the front desk I think that's inconvenient
