Size of room

Elevator light on buttons didn’t work, key didn’t work to my room so had to travel back down stairs so had to change my entire room got to my second room got settled and relaxed locked the door and after while some opened my door with a key but had the bult locked secured so of course didn’t get in just thought was weird . Kind of made me uncomfortable because I was alone on this trip and couldn’t used the WiFi because you have to uses your last name n room number and for whatever reason it didn’t accept my info I got in late after 10pm so I didn’t bother to call down about anything I was only here for one Night

The room was nice and clean when we got there.the breakfast buffet was nice and evening reception was nice.

We had to keep asking for towels and toiletries and to tell them to pick up trash and towels.they never came back to clean while we were there .we miss our 4 drinks on friday.because we was out and did not make it back in on time..ask if they would give us our drinks on Saturday that we miss she said no.i disagree that .we should have got drinks that night. Because it was included in the price deal..

the breakfast was good. the evening happy hour excellent. the bar tenders very professional and polite. beds were very comfortable.

unlike most other Embassy Suites I’ve stayed in the decor was really not pleasant to look at. Room service was absolutely disgusting. when we checked in the room only had 2 washcloths and 2 towels. No toilet paper. Mind you we were a family of 7 who stayed here. on Saturday morning we called the front desk @ 9:05 to request towels and wash clothes and after several calls no towels. we were told they didn’t have any more towels. I happened to find housekeeping I the hall and got towels, washcloths and a large trash bag to dump our trash in for the weekend. this was not until 1:44 pm that we were able to get anything. very unacceptable!!! House keeping meds to step it up and do better!!!

Breakfast omelette was good along the hasbrown. I wouldn’t recommend anything else to eat unless cereal. My mattress cover looked like someone wet the bed but they immediately changed my mattress cover to comforter. Room setup was nice. I had to request maintenance to turn on the heat because it was still on AC settings, that took about an hour and half. It took attempts to reach front desk to request maintenance.

Nasty eggs, French toast and dirty mattress cover and unprompted front desk by not answering the phone.

Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly. Omelette cook Ms. Lorraine is the absolute best. Her energy & vibe is contagious. Ms. Kim worked very hard on keeping the buffet line stocked up at all times. She was so sweet.

The housekeeping staff could have been alot better. No one spoke English so they weren't able to help if you went to ask them for things. The housekeeping manager Ms Charlene was great she made sure she made up for any housekeeping mishaps we had.

I love the breakfast in the morning. I was put close to the elevator which was still pretty quiet. I enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the staff who were servicing us at happy hour and at breakfast. They were all friendly and helpful. I didnt ask for anything but they were moving and bringing for those who did. Great customer service.

I booked a king room and I got a handicap king. I know the room is equivalent but the shower definitely was a big difference from the glass shower I had on my last visit. My room was booked online but they said they only had those rooms left. Seems like someone else had my room or they advertised they had more regular suites. Could have been walk ins too. Either way that was the only complaint I have.

breakfast was great. ist room smelled like smoke so we had to move. Marion was a great host.

They did not have enough towels/washcloths to accommodate everyone. When we asked for more, we were told they wouldn’t have any until the next day. The next morning we had to retrieve the items ourselves after being told housekeeping wasn’t there at 8:30 am. Parking was terrible because they closed off an entire side to park 2 buses. Several cars including ours drove around for at least 10 minutes to find parking. Tried calling inside to discuss the matter and they didn’t answer, but observed 4 staff members having general conversation with each other at the front desk when we came.

The front end staff was excellent The kitchen staff was very nice. The bar staff was awesome. There was one young lady that was coming around to pick up plates fri the tables who had a very nasty demeanor about herself . I received text messages from stay asking how was my stay daily which is a nice gesture

Outdated elevator

Second stay at this property. Liked the location. Here for medical visit. Close proximity to dr’s off. Like the way suites are made. Cannot hear noise from Atrium (and during manager’s reception it was a loud party) because bedroom behind entrance and living space.

Hotel looking beat down. Furniture looks old and worn. Fabric chair in my room has huge pink stains. Should be replaced. Huge stain in carpeting to left of elevators on 5th floor. Hot breakfast foods same everyday. Variety greatly needed! Need adequate front desk staff to handle guests and phones. Tried calling front desk, gave up and went down because of repeated tries with no answer. Told he was “by himself and on the phone.” Parking difficult due to so many family reunions and event being held.
