The bed was very comfortable. The room itself was very modern and well-kept. No stains on the carpet. No damage to any of the furniture. The wash cloths and towels were VERY soft. I was there over a weekend and it was relatively quiet. The staff were very approachable and helpful. The hotel is very, very clean as well.

The shower was the worst shower I've ever used. The water kinda trickled out and it made it difficult to wash my hair. The other issue I had is that the signs in the room say housekeeping will come every 3 days to clean. Well housekeeping cleaned my room after the 1st night there and because I was there 4 nights, I didn't get it cleaned again before I left. They cleaned it when it was still clean which didn't make any sense. Also... terrible cable/internet. My TV rarely worked without major disruptions. It kept freezing up. It was unwatchable most of the time.

The location was convenient to were we were going. The staff were friendly.

That when we got there they couldnt find my reservation. So I got frustrated and I was told that it wasn't anything they could do I had to call booking .com to sort it out. If i Hadnt wanted to be able to have a place to sleep instead of driving 2 hours home at midnight I would haves drove home and gotten a refund.

The room was comfortable and clean. No complaints at all. Sabrina at the front desk was very nice. She was able to get me a room a little earlier since I had just got in. I REALLY APPRECIATE HER! All the housekeeping staff was polite. I didn't get a chance to have breakfast but the coffee was good. If im in that area, I would stay again.

The hotel gave and option for a free shuttle service to the airport which we didn’t need to use but I thought it was still a great service. Breakfast was good. Beds comfortable. Room clean.

The vending machines only took cash or change. They need updated to accept debit/credit cards since many people do not carry cash anymore.

The receptionist (Ron?) was very knowledgeable and and professional, over the phone and when we arrived. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. We liked very much that they have a shuttle service to and from the airport.

Our room was on the first floor (which was fine), but it smelled of cigarette smoke. And in the morning when I went to get coffee, I noticed a man had just walked in from the side entrance to get coffee and then he walked out to that side entrance. It seemed that he was not a customer or guest (could have been a street person or a homeless person). Also, even though there is a sign at the entrance that prohibits smoking 20ft from the building, there was a guest smoking right there by the main entrance.

Such an amazing experience!! Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless and positive. When I arrived, the 2 staff present were so sweet, professional, funny and chatty all at the same time - they were busy - but they handled it so well, attending to the clients patiently and with such good customer service overall! I chatted with them and they were so inviting and made the start to the stay so positive. To me, customer service really is a key to a huge difference in evaluating a hotel’s performance. Room was great, comfy beds, storage space, lots of channel options on TV, fridge and microwave were an absolute plus, and the bathroom was stocked up with lots of towels :) The shower pressure was pretty good too!

just an ordinary inn, but I would like to point out how polite and helpful the guardian-angel of the inn Sabrina is, she will help you with any question. And the Mexican cutie at the reception, unfortunately don’t know her name, is also a flower of the inn

The bed and the room were great the breakfast was in a brown paper bag that included water and a breakfast bar. I understand about covid but the breakfast could have been better. Staff had to ask if we wanted breakfast and then hand us a bag.

The breakfast was the only thing I did not like and that was only because it was in a brown paper bag that the staff kept behind the desk and it consisted of a bottle of water and a breakfast bar. I think it could have been better.

The stuff are very friendly &helpful specially mrs Karen who helped me to get my lost cell phone The beds are comfortable Breakfast is good

The staff was super friendly! Good stay for an affordable price. Loved the location, super convenient. I also liked that they had a designated pet area!

Wasn’t really much of a concern but the lobby was frequently crowded with people just hanging out on and around the stairs.
