I was welcomed when I walked in the door. I was greeted with a smile. At first when I got my key to the room I could get in, but it was a easy fixed. Breakfast was great on Saturday morning. Sherry did an excellent job. We didn't had any juice to drink, but that was fine. Milk was good for me. Saturday night was a little disturbing because of the people who were in the room above us was kinda of nosey. But overall it was a great stay. I will go back again. Thanks everyone who worked on the weekend of April 21st - 23rd.

The facility was exceptionally clean! Breakfast was good Location was covenient

Customer service was very poor. I made a prepaid reservation through a third party. An issue came up and I had to change the dates on my reservation. Both the third party vendor and myself tried to call the hotel directly several times but nobody would pick up the phone. The rep with the third party vendor had to send an email on my behalf. However, it was not until the following day that I was finally able to get a simple issue resolved. Not sure why we couldn't easily get through to the hotel to get a reservation issue resolved right away. The reception I received at both check-in and check-out was not hospitable at all. Very unwelcoming! This hotel is very nice and clean but their customer service is very poor and needs attention!

We stayed 4 nights while visits family in the area. Each night we came back later in the evening & the key didn’t work … my husband went down to the check in desk each night to get another working key. We also had to ask for clean towels and they only left one full size bath towel so my husband used a hand towel to dry off after his shower. The continental breakfast was fair (at best). I hope they read the reviews and resolve these more minor issues to make it a more enjoyable stay. It is a nice, clean, comfortable and affordable hotel. I’m sure we will stay again.

Amazing staff. The two seniors in the reception(front desk) were so kind and helpful. They displayed remarkable kindness and provided invaluable assistance. Their demeanor brightened my family's day significantly. Similarly, the staff members in the breakfast area were also incredibly courteous and helpful. Such exemplary service is a rarity in hotels across the United States.

Nothing. Beyond our expectations for a US hotel.

Everything was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. the breakfast was still fully stocked even though we didn’t come down until 9 and it ends at 10.

The receptionist who checked us in barely said a word to us. I greeted her and she responded but during the entire process, she didn’t give us any information. She just handed us our room key. If it wasn’t for the little sleeve on the keys with the WiFi password and room number we wouldn’t have known anything. The other receptionists throughout our stay seemed nice but we didn’t need anything so we never had a conversation other than greetings.

We really appreciate Madison (hope I spelled it correctly) for helping us. She came through and without her, our time on location would be bitter sweet. The room was nice, the breakfast was great!

Every Holiday Inn Express we've been to has had remotes that allow us to change the input/source so we can watch our shows on my Xbox. However this one didn't. It was very disappointing and frustrating because it is one of the reasons I book with this specific hotel chain. I had all but given up hope and decided to try the front desk, based on other hotels I didn't expect a solution. Madison (I hope I spelled it correctly) was able to come up to the room with the lobby remote and got it changed for us. We are so thankful for her and it allowed us to have a great time.

Comfy bed, great heating, ample free breakfast that was fresh and hot.

Sliver of soap at sink. Body wash was available (1/4 full), but we could have used three of the bar soap we were given. This hotel never has enough soap, so I make sure to bring one of my own just in case. Also, there was foundation spilled on the fitted sheet that bled through to the top sheet when I went to get into bed. It was as if someone spilled it and then just covered it with the sheet and comforter. I thought it was blood at first, but it was still gross.

Our stay was very enjoyable, the staff was friendly and it was affordable. They also provided complementary breakfast in the morning which was awesome. Overall, I would highly recommend this inn to anyone passing through the area.

I didn’t have any bad experiences. I only wish I had remembered to pack a bathing suit.

Loved the 24 hour coffee bar, and the free breakfast selection was excellent. Room was spacious and clean, and the bed comfortable. Adequate pillows too, with labeled pillowcases so we didn't have to guess about firmness.

Our shower gel was empty when we got there and never refilled. I told housekeeping about it when we ran into a housekeeper in the hallway and the guy said, "I got you!" He didn't have us. It remained empty for the duration of our trip and we just got extra bar soap from the front desk.

The staff was great except for 1 of them. Very comfy bed.. the dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash was a nice surprise

When I arrived they had me wait so they could double the room. When I got into my room I noticed a needle cap and wrapper left on the bathroom sink. I told the front desk and the lady that had been there longer acted like I was making a big deal. It was from a needle. No I'm not touching it.
