Relax Inn - Bryson City

Clean comfortable room, onsite parking, central location to Bryson City. Walking distance to the train station, restaurants, shops, breweries, etc. Short drive to various hiking trails and national parks and other historical areas and towns. Great value compared to the price of other places in the same town.

The room was a little small but it was just my husband and I. We stayed for four nights and weren't in the room much anyway. It was nice to have onsite free parking, check in was fast and easy.

Relax Inn is a nice family-operated mid-priced motel within easy walking distance of downtown Bryson City. It is clean and well-kept, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are somewhat small, but certainly adequate. The microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker are a nice convenience. It is not elegant, but met expectations for the price, and we would stay there again.

The room was very clean. Noise was less than expected considering proximity to road. Staff was very helpful. The Inn had recently been remodeled and painted. Everything was new and worked well.

Room was small and first impressions were deceptive. They had a pool, which we were not aware of prior to arrival. Picture when we booked looked like a two story "hotel". When we arrived we found an older style "motel" of 18 rooms.

The room's were conveniently located. They were neat and clean... Towels, soap, shampoo were available in room. We requested rooms to be near friends and our rooms were side by side. On our 2nd day we broke down and a tow truck had to deliver us back to room ( we were on motorcycle) Our sons picked up the broken bike that night and brought us another 1. The motel saw us and that is was raining and he got me an umbrella! Which was very thoughtful. I would highly recommend this motel and we do plan on staying again!

Great location, clean rooms and all new, great working amenities. Easy walking distance for Bryson City; 10-15 minute drive to Cherokee, and The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Comfy beds, hot showers, friendly staff, and quiet rooms.

Rooms are a little on the smaller side, but nice and cozy. The location doesn't look too great when you get there, but it's actually quiet, calm, and extremely convenient. Exterior of the hotel looks old fashioned, however the interior is all new and updated.

2 blocks from all restaurants, nightlife, and the train depot. Room was clean. Owner was attentive and kind. I was looking for a retro-feel hotel reminiscent of childhood stays in Cherokee, and this place was great. The pool was clean and nice. It was exactly what I was looking for.

No complaints. The stay was exactly what I hoped for.

Was greeted with a smile and the young man was so nice and polite . Loved the wooden rocking chairs right outside our door . Room was fine for the price . I would stay again especially if I could get the same room on the end by the office .

It was dated but hey I'm not judging over that . We was going by price and just an overnight stay .

Friendly check in, small but comfortable room. Very clean and secure. You are not central to town, but still very walkable.

The room was very small, but adequate. The wifi was the worst part of my stay. It never did really work well, regardless of the time of day. The hotel is on a highway, not central to town. But ok for the money.

The room was small but very clean, and the mattress felt new and comfortable. The gentleman in the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room rates were considerably less than what I have paid in Bryson City for rooms in larger hotels that provided the same basic services.

The bathroom was a bit too small and didn't have its own heat, so we had to leave the door open for warmth.

We booked a room at Relax Inn for a night as we were heading to Charlotte NC to pick up our Daughter and Son in law and grandkids from the airport. We were glad we stayed here. It was very clean,comfortable, and easy to find. Out of all the places we have stayed this is probably number one place we have stayed
