I‘ve stayed at almost every hotel in the area over the last 4 years while visiting my son, a student at Western Carolina University. This hotel really exceeded my expectations. While properties closer to the university or in downtown Sylva were either ridiculously expensive or just plain run down, most of the nicer and more reasonably priced options were one or even two exits south of Sylva. This hotel is RIGHT off US-74 just outside Sylva, so quite close to access both the campus in Cullowhee AND good food options in Sylva. It’s also extremely easy to find, very quiet, comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Just a terrific experience all around. It took trying out a ton of hotels, but this one‘s a keeper!

Location was central to Dillsboro, Waynesville, and Bryson City which was great. Entrance to location not so great. If you're not paying attention, you will miss the turn in off a very busy highway. Staff was excellent and rooms were spacious and clean. Good water pressure in the shower and the A/C worked great. Room was fairly quiet even though it was close to the main highway. We did not eat breakfast, but it appeared to be good. Great price for the excellent quality.

Only complaint is that the bed was a little softer than we would like but it was clean and comfortable.

Free breakfast is always nice. The room was clean. the bed was comfy. perfect spot for a stop on our way home. fairly priced. we didn't use the pool, but it was open and looked nice.

check in time is 4pm. We were aware of this so I'm not complaining. Most motels if you are early and the room is ready they will check you in early. they stick to the 4pm check-in.

The staff are warm and kind. The house keepers were so kind and very efficient.

The ice maker was in a strange spot.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. Everything was exactly as described on Booking.com

All little things. Toilet paper was almost out, but there was another roll nearby. Conditioner dispenser in shower was empty. Lights in bathroom a little too bright with no option to turn some of them off.

We were coming from a bad Airbnb experience. The location was great, the room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast bar was above our expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This will be our place to stay the next time we are in the area.

The breakfast selection was a bit limited. What was offered was good but a could have stood to have a little more available, such as hard boiled eggs. Still the stay was excellent. Thank you to the entire staff.

Rooms and facilities very cleaning

Staff people was rude, the lady with hair red and blue and the guy with curly hair they were in the front desk, they were so rude in the check in process, may be they don't like the Latin people like us.

We really enjoyed our stay! The entire staff was so friendly & nice! The rooms & facilities was clean,and the air condition was cold like we like it. The breakfast was great! The location was great right in middle of everywhere we wanted to visit. Our daughter loved the pool.

The rooms aren't well insulated. The room next to us had a baby we could hear crying. It wasn't' a big deal since it was just in the evening but I could see how it could have been an issue.
