Clean, safe, location and price.. This is the 2nd time we stayed here and we love the place.

They were nothing about our stay that i didn't like..

This hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful. Tiffany was amazing and the reason I'm writing this review.

If I had to be critical of anything it would be that the ac can't cool the entire room like I would have liked. just because of it size being so large. So the living room area wasn't as coolest were you sleep. The room could of had a little more light as well.

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! Every single one of the staff was friendly and helpful. The entire place was super clean, quiet, and the breakfast was great - I had a fresh waffle, banana, and good coffee every morning. So many great restaurants, wineries, and cute little towns nearby, and a perfect location for daily motorcycle rides in every direction.

It would be great to have some protein options at breakfast - eggs, bacon, or sausage.

The facilities were beautiful and in a great location. We booked a king room with a sofa bed for our daughter. I loved how it was separated from us. She had her own TV and a little privacy. Will definitely stay here next time we are in town.

The only thing I can find wrong was the pillows. They were a little uncomfortable, and we needed a couple more. I'm sure if I had asked, they would have gladly given us more.

quiet place and close to Flat Rock, Hendersonville and Ashville attractions, Clean room and beds. Staff are very nice and extremely knowledgeable about everything around, Chris gave us recommendations about hiking trails, waterfalls, sunset views and dinner places, all information about these local and wonderful secrets that made our stays well beyond our expectations. Highly recommended.

My family of four had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was clean, the breakfast had an excellent selection and not one but 2 waffle makers (plus nutella! yum!). The complementary coffee bar available day or night was a hit with everyone - ice water, hot cocoa, large tea selection. Plus the hotel was decorated so beautifully for Christmas! The location was perfect for us - right off the interstate. Thank you!

The hotel website and booking.com site both claimed it was a pet free hotel. This is important to us because both my children have allergies and asthma. However, not only were there several dogs on property, they had a bowl with doggie biscuits on the check in desk. They need to remove this statement from their website if they don't follow it.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Charleston/Myrtle Beach. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed slept very nice. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast choices. All of the items available were sweet and high carb foods. I am diabetic and cannot eat these types of foods. I’d like to see more things offered for people like me.

If you don’t mind staying in a hotel/inn which is NOT in town, the Mountain Inn is a good place to stay for a night or two - it is very close to Hendersonville. Zaxby’s and Waffle house are within a walking distance. Restaurants, art galleries, and small museums are in Hendersonville. The Jump off Rock in Laurel Park is also within a short drive. We spent a day in Lake Lure and Chimney Rock and drove about 25 min. to the Mountain Inn for the night, planning to spend the next day around Hendersonville. The inn looks renovated, very clean. The beds are very comfortable.

Do not expect breakfast of the Home 2 hotels.

This is a very clean and welcoming facility with helpful and courteous staff. We‘ve stayed there often even if it requires longer driving time, mainly because of how clean this hotel is. It’s comforting to relax and enjoy rather than being concerned about whether it safe or not. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that appreciates cleanliness.

We weren’t impressed with the breakfast… selection was limited.

The stuff super nice and friendly the male guy at desk such a sweet guy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ so easy to check in and check out ... Hotel located close to downtown near to many choices to eat, restaurant, food store, gas station, pharmacy just awesome ... The room super big and a huge bathroom, still Christmas decorations🌲😍 I love the place.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I don't have nothing to say about what I didn't like 😊
