I loved the building being smaller, and it was designed nicely.

Cleaning people just need to be more careful. There was a nut on the floor under the bed. We had them clean the room while we were there, and it still was there after, so I thought the angle of the vacuum wasn't picking it up. I'm just worried for people who have nut allergies, and I'm glad my some didn't find it while he was crawling around. Could use more stations on the TV. Everything we wanted to put on was not authorized.

I needed a place to stay overnight as I was traveling back to the Midwest. This fits the bill. The location was perfect, close to what I needed. It was really a great place to rest and rejuvenate for my drive the next day.

I really had nothing that I did not like. Breakfast was really crowded, but I believe the hotel was full, it wasn't a problem, as I could take food back to my room. There were fireworks being shot off, but the hotel had no control over that either.

I was heading into town as my oldest niece was getting married. my sister, brother in law and myself were traveling with our kids and needed a place to stay. i called and booked here and they were super nice and very accommodating. The front desk was very nice and our rooms were nice. we needed 3 rooms for our group and they took care of us. The rooms were nice and beds comfortable and the rooms were clean. Breakfast in the in the morning was good there was a little bit of everything so whether you wanted to make waffle, have fruit or eat cereal or bagels there was someone f for everyone. Across the parking lot there were a few places to get food you could walk to like crackle barrel and McDonald’s. also down the road a short drive there were a few places to eat and gas stations close. it was also close to the interstate. The indoor pool was also nice as it kept mine and my sisters kids entertained and they had fun. Not really much negative to say everyone was great even the maid staff. If I had to stay in the area again I would defiantly book back here. I also like that it was super quiet not. The price was decent also especially since we had a larger group of us a total of 11 traveling together.

not much to complain about. our stay was nice. only setback was that a lot of the places to eat closed very early in the area. the hallways smelled like fresh paint but I guess they had just finished painting. other than that for the price it was a good value and nice stay

Continental breakfast had great selection and everything was hot and fresh! Whole hotel was clean, well kept, and in order. Even the coffee was good! Our room was quiet, cozy and had local photography on the walls.nice touch.

Hard to nitpick this one. Didn't care too much for the pillows but that's just me (a bit soft for my liking). Also, there was no overhead lighting, so it could get a little dark in there if you didn't have a couple lamps on (there were plenty to choose from) The only regret I hard was not staying longer.

location was good we were on our way to lake lure. stopped did sight seeing, breakfast was very good and hot variety good, provided fruit cereal eggs waffle, coffee, juice , etc. the price was very reasonable compared to other area accommodations. I do like a clean room.

more towel racks in the bathroom, please. if the towels could be hung up to dry the hotel would not have to replace them so often I think. ??? Ah also, please carpet should be replaced laminated or wooden floors should be down it harbors less bacteria and less housekeeping time and replacement needed. This makes for a cleaner, healthy rm. Do ck the air conditioner filters. ALSO, i forgot I could not open up my window. I do like fresh air, after all we were up in the mountains. Also we were over the entrance ways roof, maybe thats why I couldn't;t open it. Just guessing. will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises. Same room would be ok too. lol

I love the friendless of the staff, and how clean it is! It is located near a lot of business, which is great!

The only issues we have each time are that the pillows are very flat, and the bed needs extra blanket access.The shower heads are very old and make a mess everywhere. We have stayed here a lot, and each shower head is horrible.

As soon as I stepped inside the lobby had a wonderful aroma and the front desk staff was friendly. We arrived about 30 minutes early and the team member made the early check-in a breeze! The room was clean and the heat worked great. The pool was easy to access and the morning breakfast was warm and delicious.

The shower water was very cool the morning of checkout. It took several minutes for it to heat to feel warm. There were several children running up and down the halls during the night. When exiting the pool area air freezing air would rush in as soon as you opened the door to go back to the hallway. The breakfast area can become quite cramped as it's on the smaller side.

This hotel had a very welcoming lobby. It was clean, the fireplace was lit, and great area for photos. The location is perfect. Right off the highway and has several restaurants basically in the parking lot of the hotel. There are mountain views and rooms have refrigerator and microwave.

The indoor pool was nice since the weather was chilly outside. However, the water appeared a little cloudy and the temperature wasn't as warm as I would've like.

The Quality Inn at this location was very clean. The only problem was our key became deactivated but employee advised having it close to a cellphone may deactivate it. It helped. Well we did have people in floor over us that were loud but we didn't complain.

Location is good, breakfast was good staff was friendly and place is clean. Got to do late check out and didn't have to hear vacuuming at 8am in the hallway.

Bed was not comfortable at all, hot water in shower could last a little longer. Control panel for the a/c unit was little difficult to set from air to heat.
