The pool was opened and available for all to enjoy. All of the hot tubs were down for maintenance. The breakfast was discontinued for some reason. Coffee was available.

Updating the website with the current status of there accommodations would be helpful for families that are looking for certain facilities while traveling.

hot tub was broken and sink in room was clogged up and no soap and was not very clean.

An overall great experience. Lilly & Sarah at the Front Desk were more than willing to help me with any needs I had. Sabrina, Housekeeping Manger... always came by weekly to check if there was anything I needed & supportive in many ways. Damion, the do anything & everything guy, did all the heavy lifting upon check-in & was always available for any technical issues I had. Randi, the Bartender, always knew the perfect drink to create for me & always looked out for me.

All other issues were reasonable given the situations. It was apparent who enjoys their job & who doesn't... & this came across during my stay. Better oversight & taking stock of inventory in "The Shop" of snacks & such, might have prevented the emptiness of things.

I LOVE IT HERE!!! Polite staff!! Travel here frequently as My Father is Ailing and I live states away. LOVE the Atmosphere!! I cannot even tell you how many times I have been asked about My Father by ALL who work here!! Love them and this Resort!!!

Hot tubs still not working.

We literally booked this vacation because of the swimming pool and slide. There were tons of other families with kids and my daughter had a great time playing with the kids at the pool. Staff were really nice

This hotel used to have a huge free breakfast bar with tons of cooked food and they now have prepackaged danishes and coffee only due to covid. Rooms needed to be cleaned better, the beds were really uncomfortable, and the hot tub was not working for the 1st 24 hours of a 48 hour stay which was a bummer but at least they got it fixed. They also had no towels at the pool for several hours one day and could not locate them or anyone who could bring them more.

The interior pool was amazing. Lobby was comfortable and very enjoyable. Supposedly the onsite restaurant was second to none, but did not have time to try it.

Didn't realize that the breakfast offered was discontinued during my stay until arrival... the management however adjusted my rate to reflect the benefit loss. They had an amazing spa near the pool, however, it was down for maintenance during my entire 6 day stay.

I liked the location and it went well until our last night. We had very rowdy teens in the room next to us, but we called the front desk and they immediately asked them to settle down and they did. I liked the indoor pool. It was bigger than I would have thought. Everyone was very nice when we asked questions.

I have to say that I liked everything!

Pros: -Pool/Hot tub - the hot tub was amazing! The pool is great for families with kids! -Restaurant attached to the hotel -Location - it was in a central location for us and it felt very safe -Cleanliness - the rooms were clean and spacious -Even thought they were not serving a full breakfast, they put out muffins and yogurt for guests to take

Cons: -The whole hotel smelled strongly of chlorine - this is expected with an indoor pool - if that is going to bother you, I would not stay here. Our room did not smell like chlorine. -You can tell that this hotel was once an outside walkway hotel. They boxed it in with windows and they have A/C units to try to keep the hallways cool. Our part of the hallway was extremely hot but inside our room was cold which was nice.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was super friendly. The price was great. The lobby was warm and inviting with a fireplace in one sitting area and a tv, playing christmas movies, in the other sitting area. The pool and spa area are beautiful.

The concrete around the pool was very rough. Make sure to take flip flops for walking on the pool deck. The beds werent horrible but they were somewhat hard. Children were being loud and running down the hall all hours of the night.
