I Love The Staff ... Especially (SHAY) Who Was Extremely Kind And So Very Helpful. She Even Took My Luggage To The Second Floor Since There Are No Elevators. Loved that the room had a microwave and a very nice size Mini Refrigerator. The room was very comfortable. This is always my go to spot while attending conventions across the street at the Sheraton Four Seasons Hotel that is 4x the price of the Baymont. This is a great location for everything!!

Didn't Like The 2nd Floor Since They Don't Have An Elevator. I have stayed there so many times but always on the 1st floor and didn't even know about that issue. Need New Carpet In Room!! Housekeeping Forgot To Clean My Room Or Not Sure If I Had To Request Service 🤔 But Front Desk Quickly Responded To All My Needs

Yes! Melvin, is super at his job.Melvin, is one of a kind and went extreme measures to accommodate me!! My stay at Baymont Suites is also above and beyond.I 'am a diamond reward customer and this is why, I keep coming back to diamond services.I travel a lot and I will always choose Baymont when in the Carolinas, because of people like Melvin.He's amazing and please give him desirable raise and promotion.Because I m gonna share with others at my company and etc.And that will bring more people to your business.

Staff very Helpful, and only could do as the Hotel Policy enforcement!! concerning a "DEMANDED" $100.00 Cash Deposit.

Upon my Arrival, that "DEMANDED" a $100.00 "CASH" Payment,, I advised that I had Paid in Full with my American Express Credit Card!!! They still "DEMANDED" $100.00 Cash Payment. They wouldn't even take my American Express Card for the $100.00."CASH ONLY" Upon my Check-Out my $100.00 was Returned. It was very insulting!!!

location was the best nice and clean friendly staff

only down side my heater was loud like a lawnmower and on my last night it smelled like it was burning something so I had to leave it off

Robin and Amos were very, very, very, pleasant and kind.They both went out of there way to make my stay comfortable.They need a raise!!! I:am a diamond rewards customer and they treated me as such.Also, I like to thank the African American man for finding my I phone charger, he also went the extra mile to do so! I've forgotten his name.But he was the man who checked me out! Keep up the good work.

Everything was great from Melvin and others at the front desk, to the GM. My Mom died and I was there for her funeral. The staff will never know how they helped me during a very difficult time . Giving an encouraging word, showing empathy,the small sentiment really was very large and timely. Thanks, drdkyc

Staff. Friendly, helpful, patient. WiFi good Rooms clean, quiet at night. Felt safe. Coffee was great in the mornings. The price, great savings. The rooms were big. There was a nice comfy chair provided in the room and desk with a chair. Ice maker convenient. Great fitness room. The huge LG tv was awesome

Melvin was very friendly and personable at check in. I’m relocating to Greensboro and he gave me some ideas on places to see. The price.

Not the hotels fault but I was there Thursday through Sunday and there was a gathering of bikers at the Ramada behind Baymont that kept me up all night into early morning EVERY night. Overall the rooms I think were clean BUT I dropped my toothbrush on the counter and it picked up the mostly likely one and only long hair left on the counter. :( Front desk wasn’t staffed throughout the night so when I accidentally locked my keys in the hotel after stepping outside I had to wait forever for them to come back up and get a replacement.

Quiet and good price. Location was good. Breakfast bar was okay until third morning and wasn't stocked very well.

Had a no smoking room, but it recked of weed. Had to ask cleaning person for air freshener to spray.

The staff was pleasant and very professional. I was welcomed as I arrived and felt at home. Robyn was very courteous and made sure that I had all that I needed for a very great stay.
