Location Location Location was perfect for the conference I had to go to

We had to move rooms 3 times because the hotel had a very bad water leak a few weeks ago and the 1st & 2nd rooms were damp but the manager Mr. Teddy took very good care of us, and also the clerk at the front was very helpful. Housekeeping was awesome as well.

the pet policy extra fee — we were only told about the security deposit for our pet. no fee was mentioned. but my husband was approached by the manager that a fee should have been paid. when he said no be mentioned at check in, and offer to pay the manager just said not needed. just wanted to let you know. when we checked out I brought this up to the same manage again, and I received the same comments. I told her that I am not responsible to ask what I need to pay if it’s not mentioned to us. many hotels have it part of the full charges.

Was pleasantly surprised by this Best Western property-- everything was better than at other Best Westerns where we have stayed. The decor was updated with pleasant art and comfortable furniture in our spacious room, the service was friendly, the complimentary breakfast was better, and good soundproofing and light blocking curtains led to an excellent night's rest-- and all of this at an exceptionally competitive price.

a jacuzzi would have been nice😃

Breakfast was good. We booked the one night after we were disappointed with our booking at a nearby hotel. Staff was understanding and compassionate in allowing us to check in early as we had to be out of original hotel by checkout and be ready for an event at the same time as check in at Wingate. We were pleased with rooms and appearance of hotel lobby.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable with enough pillows. Breakfast was decent. Convenient to the Coliseum.

I slipped getting into the bathtub. It looked like there were nonslip pads but they were not, the grab bar is not in the correct place. Scared me! I'm a senior and I don't need any broken bones. No fruit for breakfast.

There could have been more cleaning people that could speak/understand English...Had to point to supplies to get the lady to know what I needed..But overall my needs were really accommodated

Employees were nice. The room was big.

Hard bed. The shower had low pressure. Breakfast was so so. Hotel a little raggedy, rain leaking into entrance way making it an obstacle to get in and out of the lobby. Buckets everywhere.

The front desk staff members were especially helpful, positive and effective. This helped greatly, as I was having special difficulties that period. Also, the help from housekeeping staff and the breakfast staffer was efficient and appreciated.

Location was great as we were in Greensboro for a comedy show. Hotel location was great! Only 5 min away. For one night it was ok to stay there.

We had reserved the place couple of months earlier. I had asked for upper floor. Ended up on first floor literally next to parking lot. We couldn’t even open window curtain to let some light in. Also our room had jet tub/shower combination. Slippery for taking shower. Around the bathtub instead of fixing or updating it was caulked like 10 times. Room overall needs updating. Had only one night stand.
