I loved how clean this hotel is, the rooms were very cozy the bed was plush, fresh linens, and the breakfast was delicious. amazing closet space and an actual iron board - great!

I wish the pool was bigger and I wish they had a jacuzzi. the ice machine was temporarily down which was no fun.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortably furnished. It was also very clean except for some mildew at the bottom edge of the shower stall. Breakfast was very good for an American chain hotel.

We have no complaints.

had to wait on coffee in the morning as they ran out. Probably a timing thing but there was only one pot of regular going for a ton of people. No key card entry on the backdoor. Parking is limited in the front parking lot. You can only enter the building in the very front / lobby, or the sides (where there's not any parking either). Good news is the front desk has a direct line of sight with the backdoor and they let us in a few times.

Check-in was easy/efficient. Clean property, quiet and comfortable room/bedding. Great variety of breakfast foods. Loved the delicious egg bites.

While the hotel was packed, it was clean and quiet. My room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool area was also nice and clean. That’s important in the age of COVID. The hotel also had a masking policy, which everyone appeared to be following. Impressed with my visit. Lastly, employees were pleasant and seemed happy. Smiling goes a long way.

The room doesn’t come with water.

I like the continental breakfast was good. Good variety.

Had trouble checking into the hotel. The clerk on duty stated your company left out some needed information from the reservation.

This is our 2nd stay. Staff are very friendly, clean, spacious rooms. A comfortable & pleasant stay. It would be nice to have an outdoor pool.

We were charged $23.62 for a “convenience charge” in addition to the room fee& taxes. Apparently this charge is “in case” you ring up any incidentals. You have it returned if you don’t use any. Seems a little sneaky for them to charge you for something you have not used. Then you have to wait 7 business days to get your own $ back.

The room looked really nice from first appearance. There were tables that made the area look really cute. All in all the setup was great.

The curtains were a little dirty and the room had tape on the wall near the sofa like someone had hung a sign or banner. Also the shower wasn't as clean and the sofa had a stain.

I like that the property had a pool that I could use and hot full breakfast.

We didn’t like that my room was supplied with one washcloth and there was two of us. When I called front desk they said yes they will take care of it. Well 2 1/2 hours later never did receive it. Then was time to check out. Also they have spiders in the window curtains and old webs in the ceiling corners.

The room was clean and very spacious. We loved having the extra area with couch and television. The bed was comfortable.

We didn't receive housekeeping but I think that was probably due to Covid and being short staffed.
