The location was great! The quality of the eggs/sausage was not fresh. The eggs were really watery. I would not eat it everyday. But the ladies serving were great, customer service detailed and helpful. The guy at the desk who checked us in and throughout the stay was outstanding. Customer service is excellent.

The elevator was awful. The entrance to my room jabe a metal plate that was loose. Almost tripped over it. The carpet has a wet odor. Shower doors didn't close. Take a look around and repair and update the hotel. Needs to be updated.

Really pleasant staff Scot - front, De-De took care of the well stocked, and clean breakfast area. Hotel and rooms looked clean, smelled clean. Everything worked. Couldn't hear other guests in anjoining rooms. That was really nice. We have stayed regularly at super 8 in Maine, you can hear the other guests talking, coughing.

No place to hang clothes, floor of shower was higher in the middle holding water at sides of shower floor, making it a little slippery.

The young lady Ebony was so very nice and respectful of our whole experience. The room was very clean. The staff was very nice and made sure that we didn't need anything. All of the staff had smiles on there faces. That's what made my day.

Loved the staff. Everyone was very polite and very friendly. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. The young lady Ebony was very professional and remembered us from our prior stays.

Staff as well as hotel itself. My grandkids came and they enjoyed the pool. Very nice staff.

Breakfast was good. Restaurant was very clean and so was the lobby. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Use of credit or debit card for the concession room. Most of us don't carry cash anymore. Also would be nice to have at least one bottle of water in room per adult. Liquid coffee mate.

I requested a recliner chair for my room when I made the reservation and I was told this would be possible. However upon checking in I was told no recliner was available.. Also several ice machines were out of order.

Convenient, overall cleanliness.

Paint on ceiling in bathroom was peeling off, some noted trash on floor in our room. Elevator smelled like pot, hallway outside of 320 had very strong smell of pot both nights.

The bed was very comfortable. Staff was great from beginning to end. Breakfast was good.

Room wasn't as big as expected like the online pictures.

it was comfortable. They were nice about late check in and late check out. We did have to pay have the price for the day though. One staff member came into the room with out knocking. That situation was handled though. Other than that staff was friendly and accommodating.

The people that worked there were super nice everyone greeted you with a good morning or good evening. The place was super clean. They did a great job in making sue there was plenty of breakfast food at all times. And I loved you could get coffee all day long.

The beds were extremely hard. Now I know it is hard to please everyone but I didn't like the frim bed.
