Quality Inn Greenville near University

I like how our room was clean and had fresh items in the hotel...we was able to watch cable and was able to warm up our food .. Fresh clean sheets and towels in bathroom, extra things in the bathroom and on the sink area .. nice soft pillows and soft bed for us to lay in. Also I like we had a lot of lamps in the room and I was very much appreciated of that...I was able to charge my cell phone next to the bed and any other areas in the room..Also today before we left on Sunday, June 26, 2022.. we was able to eat our breakfast...They had waffles, yogurt, bananas, orange juice, cold water, hot tea or hot coffee...I am glad we went to breakfast today ..

I didn't like how our key card didn't work when we got back in last night....my eldest son had to go back to the front desk and request for a new key ..but then I tried and they didnt work ..then I had to walk downstairs to the front desk to get another set of key cards, but one of the hotel staff came back upstairs with me , he used his key card so we could get in ..my youngest daughter had to use the bathroom and we was all tired...I wish I didn't have no problems at the hotel cause I would of gave them 10 stars...I still will recommend family and friends to come here though .

Ironically the location was great for everything we wanted to do.

Seems the location is so good a lot of workers with big trucks. They can be a bit loud starting their days at 4-5am. Doors closing & truck humming can make it hard to stay or fall asleep.

It was close to all stores and to my family, and easy to get back to the highway.

I asked for a non-smoking room and it smelled like the people before me were there smoking. My little one has asthma and had an attack so we stayed out with my family the whole stay and came , packed, and left.

The location was really good, restaurants are very close by.

The pool needed to be cleaned, with an outside pool it was so many bugs and flowers in it constantly. The bed in the room was so hard, and they require a $100 security deposit which on the booking pages it does not state that you have to pay a deposit so if your stay is $300 you have to pay another $100 which would be a total of $400

I had a bad experience with my booking, and Anazette the property clerk went above and beyond customer service to help me out. Their property team was very curtious and friendly and accommodated us to the best of their ability. I highly recommend

The room was awesome and the bed amazing!! The area is close to tons of food and shopping.

It took a lil while to get checked in because of some work people, but then it went quickly. The room reeked of bleach! We had to prop open the room door for a bit to let it air out. Otherwise all was well.

Breakfast was limited but good to have

Cleaning Staff was coming to clean room without knocking the door. They just enter the room with their master key.

Close it was to different restaurants and places and also the fact I could do my deposit in cash instead of waiting a couple days for the money to hit my card.

Our nightstand clock kept making nosies but everything else was fine .

Staff was nice, even let us check in early.. nice to see something other then carpet on the floor.

Not enough towels in the room. Just cause two people still be nice to have 3 or 4 towels and the pillows on the bed. They are like the size for a throw pillow for a sofa.

The room was smelled and looked clean. Everything was neat and in it's place. The housekeeper on our floor was very sweet and very nice. She offered us stuff that we didn't even ask for. Now that's good housekeeping. No matter how long you take a shower, the water stays hot. There's a trash can outside near the parking lot, so you won't let trash build up in your room. Because of the pandemic, I didn't even get up to see if they served breakfast. I brought along my own groceries. The heat and AC runs nicely. No loud noise or smells coming from it.

Upon checking in, the receptionist working at that time was really rude. When trying to check in, she said we needed to make a $50 deposit for insurance on the room. When we approved of the transaction, she then said that it needed to be in cash. So we didn't check in until around 5pm because we had to go somewhere to withdraw cash. If I could grade her on customer service, I would give her a D. There was a few pieces of hair and chips in the bed when we pulled down the sheets. Did they even change the sheets? The floor wasn't swept. Couple of stains on the walls.
