I like everything! Once we step in and see how beautiful inside and the staff was very nice, the smile in their faces with a warm welcome makes our heart happy. The service was great! The smell in the room that can tell how fresh and clean it is I love it! The room was pretty spacious, and I love the set up of everything, the bathroom too I like how the set up it's really perfect.The bed and pillow was comfy that me & my wife had a good night slept. The breakfast was great too.The lobby was pretty nice too.The location was perfect for everything! Ramada experience was really great! I would definitely will stay here again!

The only and slightly concern we had was the wifi connection, it's not that strong, but it's not a problem for me and my wife, everything was great! We still enjoyed our stayed in Ramada.😊

Breakfast wasn't that great. They had those premade pancakes (I don't like them anywhere). I wish they had a waffle maker. The hotel is older and there was definitely wear on the anterior doors that kept sticking. The room smelled a little stiff, but I opened the door and let some fresh air in. I bring cleaning stuff with me when I stay in hotels. The surfaces were clean with the exception of the remote control. It was gross but nothing that Lysol wipes couldn't fix. It was a nice stay because it was quiet and comfortable.

Make sure that they look at the small details when cleaning up. The remote control was gross it didn't take much for me to clean it but a Lysol wipe.

We've stayed here numerous times and it's always a pleasure. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is always pleasant.

Housekeeping could've done a better job at cleaning our room before check in. Our room had a water bottle by the TV, an incense stick left in the bathroom area, and hair left in the bathtub. The furniture in the room also needs to be wiped down or Deep cleaned because the fabric on our chair was quite stained to the point where we didn't feel comfortable sitting in it. The hallway in the first floor also smelled of bug spray.

Loved this place! Great location, just a few mins from Downtown and really easy to navigate. When I arrived, the staff were so cool, chill and easy to chat with; the girl at the counter was friendly and check-in was a breeze! In a few mins, I was in my room :) Room was comfy, loved the beds, soft pillows & sheets. TV was big, good selection of channels and it was quite a big room too, lots of space for luggage, etc. Bathroom was big, and shower pressure was great. Housekeeping staff were happy to give more towels when necessary. Fridge and microwave was a huge plus!! Breakfast was fresh and packed right in front of you! Warm, yummy and liked the options available - the guy running it was friendly and super polite. Check-out was a breeze, and the lady at the counter at 6am was funny and super cherry. They accept cash as a form of payment which was great!! 😁👍🏼

The elevator was impossible to find - I just took the stairs!

Clean rooms and convenient to Carter Finley stadium.

Difficult to return after NC state football game. we were given a red Ramada pass and told to show it and we would be able to return to the hotel easily but the cops would not let us go in the direction of the hotel at multiple roadblocks. we rode around in circles for almost an hour following the game and finally a cop allowed us to go through a road block but we still had to wait about 10 more minutes. We chose this location for the convenience of attending the game but it turned out we would have been able to get back to another location in Raleigh much easier.

We were visiting a friend of the hospital, and the hotel is very, very convenient to that location. The place is a little dated but very comfortable bed and friendly staff. The price is very appropriate.

The breakfast staff and presentation was very nice,, but the food left something to be desired. If Ramada would spend a little money on upgrading the quality of food that their staff has to work with. I would have given this hotel a 10.

Everything went very smooth with check-in. The desk person had a bit of a time finding and linking my reservation but he went out of his way to make it quick and painless. He was successful.(less than 5 minutes) It was still faster than many check-ins I've experienced which had no hurdles to jump. I was very pleased with all the staff I encountered and the on-site amenities. I will stay again when I am in the area.

Okay! This is going to be a little awkward. I love taking LONGGGG showers when I travel. No water heater to drain. Well, the shower pressure was a little lacking. It would undulate in and out when others used water in the complex. The temperature didn't spike or drop with the pressure fortunately. Now please know that is by NO means a deal breaker for me. It is a selfish perk of traveling that I personally enjoy but it is not a must-have. It certainly won't keep me from staying next time.

The breakfast looked delishious. It was better than the average continental breakfast at other places. Great variety to choose from and the coffee was on point. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Only problem we had was it took a while to fill the tub for a bath. But the shower was just fine. Parking is ample, each room has a private patio/balcony. We also liked the sitting/lounge area with the fireplace. We would also stay here again.

Have stayed here before and was happy to come back - Staff here are amazing, super friendly and was great chatting with them at check-in, efficient, professional and made the check-in experience fuss free. Room was comfy - loved the pillows and soft beds, TV worked well, microwave and fridge was great to have for a 2-night trip. The room came with a balcony, though I didn’t go out and use it as it was 99 degrees. The vending machines were priced really reasonably, and loved how it was right outside my room. Bathroom was a good size, stocked with towels and housekeeping was ready to help with soap, etc. Breakfast was a good spread, everything was served warm and appreciated how they took precautions and everything was super clean and organized. Looking forward to coming back in the future! 😁

Carpet could be cleaned a little more though…

Huge room. We were traveling with a cat and a dog. Often pet rooms have odor, but this room smelled very nice and was very clean. Carpet felt clean under bare feet. Halls are wide and well lit. There’s a pretty courtyard with nice landscaping by the pool.

Lighting in room wasn’t adequate. Location seemed a little remote for leisure purposes, surrounded by industry and offices.
