Candlewood Suites Wilson, an IHG Hotel

The recent renovation is really appreciated. The kitchenette was perfectly outfitted and the room/bathroom was comfortable and very clean. They really do an outstanding job of cleaning. Pets are permitted for a fee. Coffee makers in the room and free coffee in the lobby. Well situated near shopping and restaurants. Excellent value.

The bed had a slight dip on the side I slept on; the mattress could stand to be turned. I would prefer a small round table and chair for dining as opposed to a big lounge chair and small computer table as there is also a desk. The clock hadn’t been changed for DST and I couldn’t figure out how to do it. The freezer ice maker was very loud so I turned it off for the night.

Haven, the front desk clerk she was amazing! She moved me to a ground-floor room oh, it was much easier on my elderly dog and she kept making sure I was comfortable and happy and apologize for what happened to my car. She's a great representative of this establishment.

Boy who checked me in did not give me the right room and was difficult to work with. I needed the ground floor because I have an elderly dog but I was put on the second floor. My car it was vandalized in the parking lot, catalytic converter and Muffler was taken from my car and I had to stay at the couple extra days but did not get comps for having to stay here.

The location is great. Had an emergency at home so I booked here because it's right across the street from my job

The trash from previous people was left. I did question the cleanliness of the room after that, however, the front desk obliged when I asked for a new set of linens and towels.

Staff was friendly & helpful! Room were very clean, well stocked, & spacious. The bed & pillow was like sleeping on a cloud so soft & cozy! Location was convenient to food & shopping and the highway when it was time to leave. They had a free laundry area so no dirty clothes to pack. A gym for a quick workout & a little store for late night snacks & other items. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

No usb ports!!!!! Shower head needed cleaning.

This is the 4th different Candlewood we have stayed. We have stayed in this particular one two other times. Candlewood has a consistently high quality in all of their hotels. This one could use an update, but the hotel, room and area is still a great choice. Spacious and comfortable.

Their "shop" could use a larger variety of food, snacks and beverages. An ice machine would be helpful also.

This is the second time we stayed at this particular Candlewood. All Candlewood Suites are consistent, which is good. We know exactly what to expect wherever we go. Units are clean. Although it is a bit out of the way, they did just add a restaurant/bar to the area (other side of the parking lot). It's a great place for us to stay on our way from Phila. to Hardeeville, SC.

The matress was extremely comfortable. The place is clean and very nice. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. It was a very good choice of mine. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Whole hallway smelled strongly of dog the first two days. TV didn’t work for first day.

Great hotel for price

I’m from Md dropping son off to college. I called the hotel to see if they had pool, I was told yes. Outside pool & it was open. I also asked if continental breakfast was served & I was told yes. I was traveling with my 16 year old son. I was disappointed that I was given wrong info.
