I didn't eat from the breakfast buffet but my daughters and grandsons did. It was pricey but looked good. The server (young woman) was very good, attentive and friendly. The morning coffee service by the front desk was great. I and others in my family were especially appreciative of the bereavement rate you extended. We had family flying in from as far away as London and Hawaii. Any help with finances was welcome.

I was in room 406 and there were noises in the room. Clicking, bumps, pops, etc. Some were quite loud and long lasting. I don't believe they were from outside the room (ice maker, elevator,or from other rooms). Sounded more like within the walls of the room. I'm thankful they didn't keep me awake, but was awoken once by one....but it didn't continue and was able to fall back asleep. One of my daughters said she heard some noises in her room also.

The welcoming ambiance of the staff and decor. It's in a prime location along the river with a walking trail that leads to a picturesque shopping area. This will be the only place I stay while visiting the area.

It feels slightly pricy but at the same time worth it lol so maybe include a free breakfast or half off dinner for one night if staying multiple nights.

this is the best location in Cuyahoga Falls, if you’d like to walk to some of the new great restaurants and bars in the area!

we really liked how we had Free EV charging for our EV hybrid. Also, the on-site bar is a must place to get a drink and check out the view of the falls.

I will say I wonder if some of the interior needs a little refreshing (ex: Some of the carpeting looks a bit worn). Also noticed a drip coming from the light fixture over the shower in my room. Might want to check and make sure water isn't getting into the wiring.

I had a view of the falls, so very relaxing. it was exactly what I needed. I didn’t mind being on the same level directly across the highway. only thing that could have made that better for me was one floor down 😊

the pool: it was a little sad. the pool is shallow if you are tall: only 4’6” . it could have used a scim… saw hair.. there was zero traffic so you could have it to yourself

I really don't have any complaints. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. Every member of the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The front desk, the wait staff at the restaurant, and the housekeeping especially all did an excellent job!

The location in the center of Cuyahoga Falls was excellent.

I was disappointed that my "falls view" room required craning my neck to look straight down at the river, and that my actual view was of the highway.

Hotel was clean, comfortable…convenient to highway. Great park adjacent with view of Cuyahoga Falls. Good restaurants within walking distance and interesting stores nearby.

Booking.com told me no pet fee; however hotel has a $50 pet fee which they charged me.

Staff from front desk to dining staff provided excellent service and were kind, courteous and friendly.

I booked a room with a city view, $184 plus taxes, but ended up with a room in the basement looking out at a ditch and the shoes of those walking by. Additionally, the tub took 5 minutes to drain after each shower before the other person could take a shower.

The big room, the staff, the beds and it was clean.

The breakfast food was not that great. Also, the hotel seems a little old. The whole hotel could use a good paint job inside and out and new carpet (or hardwood floors).
