Friendly staff. They went out of their way to provide a very early check in. In addition, the breakfast was wonderful with staff member cooking in small batches to ensure food was fresh.

The stay here was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, although a little outdated. The breakfast area was immaculate, and everything was restocked as things emptied. The location was great because you seemed to be 20 minutes from everything. I would stay here again, the prices are good for the rooms you get.

I really wish hotels would get rid of carpeting because it always looks old and dirty. Also the large chair in the room was old and beat up . The only other thing is that the "smoking area" is directly in front of the main entrance. You have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get inside.

The breakfast was good. I was expecting a continental light breakfast, but it included boiled eggs, sausage, omelette, waffles, juices, toast, cereal, and more. Coffee was excellent. I had a full fairly good breakfast to start out my day, all included in the room rate. 😊 Although it was not “made to order” hence not as hot as one, I was quite satisfied. The room was as described. The entire place was very clean.

I highly recommend the Comfort Inn Mayfield Heights! It's a great value for the money, the rooms are clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. It's located right by a major highway (very easy to travel around the area) and there are many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc within a few blocks of the hotel. Sometimes a mid-price hotel can exceed expectations and this is one of them!

The hotel was 5 minutes from where I needed to be the next day, and right across the street from a Bob Evans, which was convenient. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast looked good, but I couldn't eat because I had to fast for a medical test. The cleaning staff we ran into were nice. We enjoyed our stay.

his place provided a comfortable stay, offering values that worth its price. The area seemed to be very quiet, while being near foods & shopping malls. Nice service too.

Breakfast area was too cramped and beverage & coffee machines seemed to be unstable; that is, they got out-of-service many times. You probably want to take food from breakfast stand and bring to your room.

breakfast was unfortunately after I left at 530am to work. Coffee and muffins out prior to the hot items would have been nice. It's too bad that the traffic around this hotel makes it insane to enter or leave.

my husband said it was cold by the radiator, maybe more insulation is needed right there.

Price location

Loud kids /young adults were screaming at midnight in the hall and parking lot. They were not guests and were stranded in the area with no car or money for an Uber. I'm not sure how they got in if they weren't guests.

Breakfast very good. All good but getting in and out of parking lot. Motel is located right next to Costco and shares a driveway. Miserable traveling in the afternoon with all the Costco traffic.
