Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic, an IHG Hotel

Rooms were very clean The staff was nice The cook in the restaurant was amazing!! My son could only have clear liquids, and the cook strained the chicken noodle soup and wrote him a sweet note on the lid!

Valet was TERRIBLE!!! We weren't sure where to go when we arrived, so we stopped out front. The man who was outside was incredibly rude. I asked if there was parking or only valet, and he said if you don't want a valet, you can park 3 blocks down in the pay garage. When we were ready to leave, I called down, and they said they would have my car ready in 5 minutes. We came down, 30 minutes later, no car. I ask, and the guy says to me, "Are you sure you called down?" I was very, very sure, he said it will take us about 10 minutes to get your car. 15 minutes later, they finally brought it. Caused us to be late getting home and picking up our daughter. For that to be the only real option for parking, it's unfortunate to be met with such terrible service.

Room was excellent - comfortable, clean and cleaning staff friendly and very helpful!

The breakfast area - the choices were not refilled - had to ask for eggs on 2 days, milk on one day, coffee cups one day. There was no hot water for tea and the plates were wet. Do not exactly enjoy eating from wet plates (when I complained to the front desk on checkout, I was informed that the dishwasher was broken and they were short staffed!). One woman of the wait staff was friendly and receptive. The others seemed put out when asked for assistance.

Location was good the room was nice and loved the wet bar but the staff went above and beyond helping us and accommodating when my partner got in a serious car accident and I was stranded.

The prices were high and we were in an adjoining room which I hate cause I can smell anything being heated or cooked in the other room. When I tried to change rooms when rebooking, which I did pay more for, was told I had to keep the room I had cause they were at capacity.

They are on the Cleveland clinic campus. They have a shuttle that knows where to take you for your visits. A nice bar and restaurant is available with accommodating menu and hours. Staff is nice and they will store your luggage after check out so you can go to your appointments

Their valet service is expensive and it’s required since there are only three parking places that don’t cost $25 a day

It was very clean and the location to Cleveland Clinic could not be beat. Great shuttle service to the hospital. Shuttles every 10-15 minutes starting at 4:45.

they seemed under staffed. Check in was a little long due to only one employee checking people in. aAlso, kitchen was understaffed. Food quality was mediocre. Also, they misplaced our food ticket so we waited about an hour and a half for meal. Good thing is they did comp the meal.

Room was very clean and spacious. Beds were very large and comfortable. Location was very good and close to the Case Western Reserve University campus. Covid precautions were very strict including mask mandates and temperature checks at the entrance.

I didn't like that there was no free parking and cost $19 per day for valet parking. There is reportedly a parking lot for $10/day but we were able to park on the street which was not always very close by. We didn't have enough bath towels and were only given one bar of soap for the sink and shower.

They honored my special request for no air fresheners since I'm allergic to them. The room was very clean and we really liked the great refrigerator in the room since I have to carry food with me as I'm on a special diet. It was nice having a microwave to heat food also. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and professional. Pleasant folks to interact with during our stay. You felt like they cared about doing a good job for their customers.

Neither my husband nor I could figure out how to run the Keurig coffee maker in the room. The same was true the last time we stayed. We don't have one at home but have used them successfully before but it had us befuddled. They had great coffee downstairs in the lobby during the early morning hours before the restaurant was open so that was very nice. I'm sure if we'd gone down to the front desk we could have gotten directions on how to operate it but we didn't bother since it was available in the lobby in the morning.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Valet was nice. Front desk was superb. Called down for a few items and they called back up a little while later to make sure we got them.

I understand we are in a pandemic but we sat in the dining room for dinner. For the price we paid we had to eat out of Styrofoam containers. No plates for the appetizer. Had to eat off a napkin with plastic silverware. Server was ok. Not real friendly and didn't check back to see how the food was. Carried out breakfast the next morning to our room. Better experience server friendly and helpful.

it’s conveniently located and in a safe area of town.

our room seemed to be a little “worn”. There were stains on the carpet and lampshade. the walls were all scuffed up. The shower had hair in it. The dresser had a layer of dust on it. we stayed with you for the first time last year and we’re very happy but this year just seemed to miss the mark. The staff was excellent though. Front desk and valet staff was very friendly!

The young gentlemen we dealt with at the front desk for check-in(Tony) and check-out (Our apologies we don't remember his name) were very professional & helpful. Excellent representatives for the hotel to incoming & departing customers. The restaurant/bar staff were very helpful and pleasant. Meal prices were reasonable. Bed was comfortable! Room was very clean. Refrigerator/freezer was very good! My ice packs stayed frozen in the freezer part and the refrig part could be digitally adjusted to what we wanted, 38 degrees.

Heating/air conditioning system was noisier than we'd like but we're used to a very quiet setting where we live & we know they can't really change that.
