Love the location as well as the room. The inside pool was very nice. The 3pm check in and 12pm check out was a plus. Love the hot breakfast every morning.

I hated that if you didn't get there by 8:30am items that were supposed to be there for breakfast was gone and they wouldn't have any other thing except the waffles or fruit

Pleasantly surprised ! Room was clean and remodeled fairly recently. Everything worked, a bonus. Bedding clean and fresh. Mattress good. Breakfast surprisingly good for this level of motel breakfast (healthier options available). This range of motels runs in an area of quality, and for the money, this was near the top of the pack. Quick access to I-70 and I-270, short drive to casino (although I didn't go), convenient to drugstores, WalMarts, etc. Stay on the side away from the interstate, however !!!!

Bathtub is a bit narrow and difficult to stand up in, but it's not like that can be corrected....next time, a little more width ??!?

I liked everything about it. From the front door staff to the pool and hot tub to the breakfast worker and the housekeeper. It was very clean although the first night there, our hallway smelled funky but it didn’t smell the second night. Breakfast was really good and there was a wide variety of foods to choose from. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. The pool was warm and the hot tub was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

If I had to say something I didn’t like about the property, it would be the parking was tight. Very limited spaces in the front of the hotel.

Very friendly staff, especially the ladies serving the food and cleaning the rooms. Spacious, overall clean, and comfortable rooms/facility. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and options were plentiful. Close to many other dining options.

I randomly found a clipped nail on the nightstand and a used Q-tip on the floor after pulling out the couch to use its bed. But other than that, I had no issues. I would definitely still stay here again. This is a great value!

I especially loved that there was a jacuzzi in my room. I rented the king suite with spa and it was amazing. But even for those who can't afford private spa or need more beds rather than spa. There is a separate hot tub located inside the pool room. I also enjoyed the variety at breakfast a lot of hot items to choose from

I did not like the fact. The vending machine was all the way down the opposite hallway near the pool room and in enclosed by 2 separate doors. Not only is this the long walk. But what about disabled or handicapped people? They enjoy snacks and drinks like everyone else., I also did not like the fact. The coffee was not readily available. The lady at the front desk was helpful and nice to plug the machine in and got the coffee going. The staff, however, would not.

I liked the proximity of our room to the pool and how spacious the room was. It was very clean, as well.

There seemed to be construction going on in the hallway or a nearby room in the morning. When we checked in the desk clerk could have stated that we would need to get the pool towels from the front desk, as we specifically asked about the pool. Also would have been nice to have been told where the ice machine was and have been provided a container for said ice.

The room was nice, the breakfast was great, there was a fridge and microwave in the room which is always a plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were very warm and lovely.

The hotel is in between some apartments and another hotel so the parking was a little confusing sometimes. But there was plenty of parking and once we noticed it, the parking was marked for each hotel.

The staff was very friendly, the place was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good! They also provided really great quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that is attached to the shower. The TV channel options were limited but was still pretty decent. Were pretty spoiled when it comes to TV though lol

The toilet paper wasn’t the greatest, so we went and bought some higher quality tp. From what I know, there was only one ice machine that was at the opposite side of the building. We had a handicap room, and that wasn’t so convenient. It would’ve maybe been nice if the ice machine was in the lobby or even breakfast room.

The room was spacious and comfortable! And the property staff were communicative and kind, they answered any questions I had and accommodated me when I was running late for check in. They were super kind and helpful.

The fire alarm was tested really early one morning, but we had no idea and were worried about if it was real or not. It's not any fault of the property, however! Just was an abrupt surprise early Monday morning haha

The staff were exceptional. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping were just kind and attentive. I really enjoyed my short stay at Best Western and particularly loved the wide array of breakfast choices that other large chain hotels are still failing to provide; ( citing the now wearisome "health issues"; even though they have removed every other recommendation by World Health Organization.) Probably one of the cleanest mid range hotels I have been in in the Columbus area and will definitely choose it again, if I ever make my way back to Ohio.

It really could not have been better. I had mistakenly booked a handicapped room but was given the choice to upgrade at no cost. Since I was getting treatment for lung and heart issues in Columbus I decided to stay and it was just wonderful.
