Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbus West, OH

the property was convenient to the expressway, easy on and off. it was very clean. the rooms were newly decorated. the breakfast was good, adequate options for breakfast, coffee was delicious(we brought our own flavored creamer). the room had a refrigerator and microwave. the air conditioner wasn’t super loud and didn’t wake us up every time it went on, that’s was very nice. cable tv had good channels. and the area was very quiet, despite being close to the expressway.

the bed and pillows weren’t great. I brought my own pillow(always do) but for a short stay both were tolerable. the bed was alittle hard and pillows small.

I loved almost everything about the hotel. The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful. Our room was extremely nice and new with many updates. The bed was the best bed I've slept in in a hotel. Housekeeping cleaned our room without being asked both days we were there. Most hotels don't when only staying 2 nights unless you ask for it. The room was huge! We had 2 queen beds and there was plenty of leftover space to put up a king or queen sized air mattress as well. Nice separate closet and huge shower in bathroom.

The breakfast wasn't the greatest. It wasn't bad but could've provided some better options. There is construction going on at the entrance of Evans Way making it extremely difficult to get out. Wouldn't have been so bad had it not been so close to the intersection also.

The beds were very good, very comfortable mattresses. A very clean and maintained room. At one point the toilet plugged up yet it was quickly taken care of by maintenance.

There was noise coming above our ceiling of room 114, where we stayed that kept us up.. Two nights in a row, there's were heavy sounds of walking back and forth from 1 am till 2 am. I was tempted to call the desk. Also there was noise of people chatting near the elevator that was close to our door. The breakfast room did not have a big selection at all.

What did I like? I liked the fact that the staff was very pleasant. the room was huge. The air conditioner worked great. The room was clean. I didn't have enough coffee in my room and they were nice enough to bring me coffee packets when I wasn't feeling well.

The hallway was extremely hot. I mean it was like walking into a sauna. I don't know if they just forgot to turn off the heat, or what. Everything else was fine. No real complaints to speak of.

It is consistently clean and well maintained. It is my first choice every time.

I m not sure if its the location or a corporate decision but at the location for the first time in 2 years of staying there, I needed an early check and late check out option due to business event and that was is a service not offered so it was bit of inconvenience. The shower seems to have slow drain. Either way I will choose them because of consistency and valu.

Location, staff, bed, shower were all very nice. I did not participate in breakfast due to allergies so I was very happy with fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room.

I was surprised by the $250 incidental deposit required. Never had to do that at a motel before so that makes me iffy about wanting to stay again just because I wasn’t sure what it was for.

Spotlessly clean, updated facilities, nicely appointed. The bed was perfect and firm. Nice breakfast room with typical fare, but fresh and generously laid out.

Noisy patrons throughout the night, someone obviously didn't realize smoking marijuana is still smoking in a non smoking hotel. These are not the fault of the hotel operators, but were unexpected given the high levels of everything else at the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located off the interstate. The breakfast was decent and the staff were nice. Our bathroom looked recently renovated. I liked the cost and felt like it was a good value.

The “living area” of the suite was poorly lit so it was not inviting to sit in. The elevator sounded like it was making its last run and jerked. The HVAC system ran continuously and the room was either stuffy or ice cold.

I am a stickler for clean hotels and this one was my level clean! The room we had was freshly remodeled and the bathroom was wonderful and very clean. Nice indoor pool. Breakfast was good. Convenient location for our travels. Would stay here again!

There is a $250 damage deposit required when you check in that's refunded upon checkout. Your card is charged immediately and it can take days for the fund hold to be lifted. I didn't read the hotel policy when I booked so I was shocked that it was so high.

The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The facility was clean. The room was clean and roomy. I didn't like the bed, but that is my preference. It was too hard. The hotel ambiance was very homey. We only stayed a night and went to our destination.

The pool was partially heated, it was colder weather. The property charges $150 deposit. It took a whole week to get it back.
