Location was convenient. Room was nice (once we got resituated - see below). Staff was friendly & helpful (see below). Bed was comfortable. Lots to see and do in Columbus, so we will be back for a longer stay.

The first room we tried seemed nice ... until we opened the door to the bathroom. It immediately smelled of stale, mildewed towels. The front desk immediately gave a new room that was fine. The breakfast was okay, but needed more variety. That was alright, though, because it gave us the opportunity to find some great cafes and coffee shops. Though the bed was fine, the pillows were not comfortable. This miniature 'marshmallow' type pillows are always too thick for me and I end up with a stiff neck the next morning. All-in-all, a good hotel.

Great room, nice to have a little sitting area where there is a fold out couch, this was excellent to put our pack and play for our little one. Pretty large mini-fridge, and a microwave makes this a good option for longer stays, very convenient to the highway for easy access to all of Columbus from here, and at half the price of the downtown hotels.

Furnishings are a little older, but they are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good for a continental. Swimming pool deck doesnt have any significant traction, so slipping is a concern.

The hotel was very clean! The location is handy as it's right next to I-70 so a fairly easy spot for getting downtown. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. We chose this hotel based on location as we were in town for a wedding and weekend activities were easy to get to. I also chose it as it had a pool for my granddaughter to enjoy. Rooms are comfortable.

Breakfast included average choices. The breakfast area became very congested on Saturday & Sunday; although I understand there are set breakfast times we felt the attendant could've been slightly more lenient if a guest was in the room at the ending time and asked for a box of cereal, or a glass of juice. The attendant immediately cleared everything away the second the clock struck 10am and even turned off the TV and lights! I have been in many hotels that are much more customer friendly & helpful in the breakfast room. The food was fine & the attendant polite but obviously had been told not to let breakfast go a second longer than listed.

Breakfast was decent, eggs and sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, milk, apple juice, fruit, muffins, and bread. The beds in the king room and the pillows were SUPER comfortable!

The shower had shampoo and soap from previous person who stayed in the room still there half used. The front desk person did not understand what I was trying to say due to language barrier. The room needed more lighting, a few light bulbs were blown.

The staff was very, nice and loved that they had a clean pool area.

Pool was extremely over chlorinated burned my eyes and throat. I sat out and watched the kids play but we were only able to withstand it for short periods of time. Wish the room fridge had a freezer.

Very clean in all areas of the hotel! Our room was comfortable, modern, and enjoyable to stay in. Staff was courteous, friendly and available (I mention available because we have stayed at other hotels where we couldn’t find the front desk clerks). There were nice touches like complimentary lemon infused water available in the front lobby and a little grocery kiosk near the front desk. The complimentary breakfast had many choices and was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

The only ding I would give this property is that the entrance from the main road to this hotel is confusing. For out of town travelers who aren’t familiar with this area it is a bit frustrating

The blonde hair lady, that was there at check in was fantastic. Great customer service. Delivered the brand in the best way. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was fresh and the lady working it, also gave the best customer service. We shared a laugh over the coffee. Room was nice. Shower was awesome. We had a real nice stay.

Insist on a front of the building room, for the best experience. Backs up to a red roof inn, and our room looked out into their property. Guys fighting loudly in parking lot. Of course, at the kids bedtime. The room smelled like roach spray. Did not like that. Set my youngest granddaughter's asthma off. Went and got lysol and sprayed the room down while they went to eat, and then they were in the pool. Helped some.

Good breakfast offering with fruit, cereal, waffle maker, egg beater eggs and yogurt. They had the basics available but it saved us time and money.

It felt a bit apartment like in that we could hear our neighbors conversations and kids yelling, running and jumping on the bed until almost midnight.

Very nice room, quiet. The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was large and there was plenty to choose from. Once or twice the keys lost coding, but the staff helped no problem.

The TV didn't work, remote was screwy. Wasn't there enough to need to fix it.

This property is kept up, smells amazing and is one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in! The pool hours were great along with the pool room it is kept at a warm temperature and had a lot of seating. The breakfast was great also! And this property has no curfew you can come and go as you want.

I have nothing negative to say.
