Courtyard by Marriott Columbus West/Hilliard

The place was wonderful - clean, peaceful, and equipped with numerous private areas in the hotel where you could work on your laptop. The room was spacious, tidy, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and roomy. They had a restaurant that served breakfast and dinner, which was just perfect - not too overwhelming, yet they had everything you needed. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to an impending storm in our home town of Florida, but the gentleman at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. Overall, if I ever find myself back in Ohio, I would definitely choose to stay there again.

The coffee pot in the room needed to be bigger.

Hotel was clean, pretty, and well air conditioned. The door to our room was very sturdy and secure, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, with no unpleasant odors in the bathroom or bedroom.

The sliding door window in the room led to a balcony, separated from other rooms' balconies by a short wall, easily crossed. This in theory provides an unsecured way into the hotel room from other rooms. The locks on the sliding door window did not work, rather a metal bar was provided to bar the window shut.

The room was clean and comfortable. Was a expensive stay with no extras.

When I reserved the room it said it came with free breakfast. The breakfast was not free and actually pretty expensive. My friend and I bought French toast, two coffees, eggs, toast and home fries and it was $45 we both took two bites of our breakfast and it was disgusting we just threw it away and left. Oh yeah and the night before that we went downstairs and it cost us $15 just for a bottle of water and two bottles of pop.

staff was fabulous ! comfortable bed, linens. kids and grandkids loved the idea of seeing the indoor pool from the balcony this is a wonderful place for families!

took a while for water to be warm / hot. one of our rooms never did get hot water (cold showers). miss the complimentary coffee that most motels provide. not a deal breaker but seems less customer minded. we purchased breakfast but they ran out of yogurt. other breakfast food and coffee we had to wait awhile before it was replenished. but again the staff were so kind and friendly.

We checked out and walked over to get breakfast a few minites past 11am as the breakfast was being broken down. The wonder attendant welcomed us to grab some food as she was cleaning up and got us foam cups for our coffee. We were attending the comic con and an empty stomach would have hindered our day and experience. She changed the course of our morning and we had a wonderful time. We appreciate her thoughtfulness and kindness. She is an asset to your team. The gentleman who checked us in on Sat 20th also found us a. OJ at the bar later in the day. Overall a fantastic one night stay, your team nailed it. The bartender on Sat evening was hustling to help the front desk the guests in bar and also had to set up for the con that evening. His attitude was amazing..all smiles.

Loved the staff and the rooms, everything was very clean and accessible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for where we were visiting. The coffee bar at the front was great for mornings on-the-go.

Our shower was scalding hot, only had the one setting too so we couldn't moderate the temperature. The bathroom door also didn't lock. The layout of the first floor was a little bit confusing, but overall the hotel was great.

Loved the comfort of the bed. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous.

Pillows not so much! I would have expected them to be a soft and fluffy not sink into to feel the bed. It was very hot being on the 3rd level. I was sweating all night. The sofa was blocking the air conditioner so I couldn't really feel any cool air.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean for the most part and I was given the privacy that I needed. The TV had Showtime YouTube and cable.

The room was clean for the most part, except there was a little bit of hair in the sink and a fly in the windowsill. Not a great view out of my window. I had forgotten a phone charger and the hotel did not have chargers for guests to borrow.

This facilities and staff were warm, interactive and helpful the entire stay. They were present at all times and got reservations through in a timely manner. The value was also well above expected. Many of the lodging accommodations in the area had much high price points for the event in which I attended.

The only area I would have liked is the parking but that really wasn't a big deal.

It was a beautiful clean hotel, the pool was nice! I wish they had a hot tub 🥺

I had a problem with my shower the whole time I was there. They fixed it once but after they fixed it it messed back up and I say clean the carpets. There were stains in the carpets and paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling bad.
