The staff is outstanding! Every single person we came into contact with had a smile and was professional, friendly and helpful. Suggestions were made, the facility amenities were explained, all around help given. The facility was very clean.. All 3 days we were there. The rooms immaculate, the linens crisp and clean, bathroom fresh, clean, and sparkling. I will go back if I'm in area again!

The only thing that was sad was the outside was not manicured at all. The weeds were high and not much thought given to landscaping. But the outside was clean and free of any garbage. The outside doors.. And the were many entrances..I did appreciate that, but the doors were unlocked and this facility is right off a main highway. I never felt unsafe, never experienced any negatives related, but it was I thought in my mind.

The Staff! Hands down, the staff was amazing. Not one interaction was mediocre. Everyone was kind and helpful, welcoming and just our right hospitable.

The facility could use a bit of a revamp. Some cosmetic things such as broken lamps and non functioning/ properly cleaned ac units etc. My wish list improvements are; Would love to see the bistro hours be more accommodating as well as would love to have an adults hot tub or something similar put back in the filled in section. Lastly would be great if you upgraded the pillows to King size pillows..

I liked the location. Right off the highway, tucked next to a waffle house. Made for an easy meal after the concert, because we just had to go one parking lot over to get back to our room. Liked the starbucks option and complimentary coffee in the room. We’re big coffee drinkers. The hotel pool looked lovely, didnt stay more than a night or I would have gone swimming.

The elevator seemed sketchy. It creaked. Lucky I was on the second floor so after ride no. 1 I just stuck to the stairs. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and some cracked floor tiles, but none of those really affected the stay.

The place was wonderful - clean, peaceful, and equipped with numerous private areas in the hotel where you could work on your laptop. The room was spacious, tidy, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and roomy. They had a restaurant that served breakfast and dinner, which was just perfect - not too overwhelming, yet they had everything you needed. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to an impending storm in our home town of Florida, but the gentleman at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. Overall, if I ever find myself back in Ohio, I would definitely choose to stay there again.

The coffee pot in the room needed to be bigger.

Hotel was clean, pretty, and well air conditioned. The door to our room was very sturdy and secure, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, with no unpleasant odors in the bathroom or bedroom.

The sliding door window in the room led to a balcony, separated from other rooms' balconies by a short wall, easily crossed. This in theory provides an unsecured way into the hotel room from other rooms. The locks on the sliding door window did not work, rather a metal bar was provided to bar the window shut.

The room was clean and comfortable. Was a expensive stay with no extras.

When I reserved the room it said it came with free breakfast. The breakfast was not free and actually pretty expensive. My friend and I bought French toast, two coffees, eggs, toast and home fries and it was $45 we both took two bites of our breakfast and it was disgusting we just threw it away and left. Oh yeah and the night before that we went downstairs and it cost us $15 just for a bottle of water and two bottles of pop.

The hotel is wonderful, clean and inviting. The Staff is caring, and want to make you comfortable! Kimberly in the morning was so kind and helpful! I appreciate her kindness!!!

Breakfast not included was a surprise, I booked without realizing it.

Loved the location and the rooms!

Because the rooms are set up like a courtyard facing the indoor pool the echos of early/late swimmers was annoying. Also the bistro is slightly overpriced for the quality of food. It wasn’t open for coffee in the morning either.

Loved the comfort of the bed. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous.

Pillows not so much! I would have expected them to be a soft and fluffy not sink into to feel the bed. It was very hot being on the 3rd level. I was sweating all night. The sofa was blocking the air conditioner so I couldn't really feel any cool air.

Loved the staff and the rooms, everything was very clean and accessible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for where we were visiting. The coffee bar at the front was great for mornings on-the-go.

Our shower was scalding hot, only had the one setting too so we couldn't moderate the temperature. The bathroom door also didn't lock. The layout of the first floor was a little bit confusing, but overall the hotel was great.
