I was charged a $100.00 damage security, which was released when I checked out. There was no mention of this at time of booking as many others listed on your site at reservations. The facility told me that it was Booking.coms mistake, but I explained I chose them because others listed it when making reservations, also I was charged $1.13 extra at time of check-in they said a difference in the rate. Then would not take cash , I had to put $ 1.13 on a credit card????? I'm a body shop manager I would never charge my customer an extra $1.13 after making reservations for an "x" amount. I will think twice next time!

Booked this hotel after the eclipse, we were trying to get home but traffic was at a standstill and we were exhausted. This was the cheapest hotel in the area and i admittedly had low expectations because of the price, but we were so tired i just wanted to go to bed. And wow-I was very surprised. It was clean, smelled great, staff were friendly, breakfast was very good. The bed felt amazing. Bathroom was pristine. I have never been so tired in my life and it was so good to walk into a clean room, take a shower in the enormous bathtub, and go to bed using one pillow instead of 4 (because these were enormous), and get such a restful night of sleep. Truly this hotel stay was the perfect ending to our eclipse travels.

It was quite, very cheap for as nice of a hotel it was. Convient place to stay if you just wanna stay somewhere nice and cozy. The staff was awesome we over slept, and they did make us pay $50, but the person behind the desk tried to make us pay for a whole nother night but the manager said we only had to pay $50 we overslept 3 hours. So he was accommodating.

There wasnt anything I didnt like really, besides I didn't have an ice bucket in my room and I'm a big ice eater.

Check in was easy even late at night. Lobby was clean. Room was clean.

Hot water was running in the shower. It would not turn off. Breakfast was OK. Basic pastries, only powdered eggs. No other meat. Limited choice of breads. Limited fruit. I was charged more than what I booked for. It was minimal, but I was disappointed there was an additional charge. The room was hot upon arrival, but the air cooled it down quickly.

Staff was very pleasant. Free breakfast was good - lots of choices from muffins, yogurt, bagels to scrambled eggs and sausages, and even waffles. Convenient and safe location. Hotel was very quiet. Nice gym with treadmill and some other equipment. Rooms were clean and everything worked. Overall, was a good choice for my wife and I for a two night while visiting family nearby.

room was good. little outdated but served its purpose for us.

nothing to do with the hotel but with the waffle house being right next door we heard people screaming and yelling and people reving motors all night so our sleep was limited.

I love the facility it was quaint extremely friendly very clean. And very quiet it was a beautiful day. The location was okay but it was next to a motor Motel however it was still a beautiful beautiful stay

Booking. Com charged a different fee than them so I had to pay an extra dollar to confirm my reservation. The manager stepped up and handled it with polish 👏. I truly appreciate the extra effort 👌

The air was a little too cold and the heat kept going to auto. Breakfast did not offer a non pork option. I have no other problem with the experience

It has been refurbished and this helped the whole enjoyment of our stay

I still smelled some mold in our room, and it was evident in the bathroom

Thin walls. Could easily hear others in other rooms and hall, as week as conversations from downstairs
