Hotel was great, clean, comfortable. Loved the look. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast that's included was great, coffee, breakfast sandwiches egg/cheese omelet, fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, milk, cinnamon rolls, bread, bagels, orange juice, apple juice, water. Most hotels I've been to the food was gone in an hour or so. But when we were leaving around 11 there was food still! We took a dip in the pool. Beds were comfy.

Pool needs more towels ( which could be due to others swimming) There Should be a bathroom in the pool area for restroom use and changing. (Was under construction but still open) Pillows were a little flat. Bathroom door got stuck in the slot and didn't lock, but we were with our own family.

Great location, very clean, large rooms, the kitchenette had all of the basic utensils you would utilize ( and not random pieces/ or pieces falling apart), the refrigerator/freezer was larger than expected and could hold more groceries than anticipated. Indoor pool was wonderful. The Saltwater filtration is a added bonus and less irritating to skin/hair. Breakfast area was well stocked and appreciated how they are exchanging single use items for reusable items. we asked for a ***tiny*** treat to be put in our room for our two young boys ( since it was a mini family trip to getaway) and they gave them a whole little bag of chocolate, popcorn, and candy. That made them feel SO special and we are so grateful for that gesture. Would 100% stay here again and have it on our “ favorites” list we keep of hotels when we travel. thank you!!

Pretty much everything. Only one room issue…bathroom door lock is put on backwards and can only lock it from the outside

Location to restaurants and other food choices is limited. No recommended food choices left in room like most hotels have. Other hotels leave information cards/booklets for the area in the rooms.

Clean, comfortable, and plenty of space! There were six of us in the room and a baby and we had plenty of room and plenty of towels. They also accommodated us with extra's that we needed. Like extra blankets and a pack and play for the baby.

I only have one complaint, All the staff were wonderful except the day desk person on Sunday, August 15th 2021. There were people finishing breakfast and he was closing the curtain on them and unplugging the waffle makers. The lady that was working the kitchen that day was soo nice and kept opening it up for the people eating and plugging the stuff back in and the desk person was being very mean and rude to not only her but the people staying there. He was soo rude I wanted to say something to him but didn't.

It was our wedding anniversary and staff surprised us with a small gift bag full of goodies ( wine & snacks). Very sweet and thoughtful! We also loved the location. So close to the highway and downtown Dublin with all of the cute restaurants and shops.

The pillows. There were only three on the bed and they go flat pretty quick. Was a little challenging to stay comfortable.

The staff was very nice anytime you ran into them in the hallways or the elevator. Arthur did an excellent job with the breakfast bar on keeping up with the food and cleanliness. The front desk was also very welcoming when we got in.

Some stains on all of the carpets of the hallways, stains on the computer chairs. Dishes were left in the dishwasher but looked clean so we re washed them to make sure

loved the location near stores, resturants, and close to the zoo n mall.loved the size of the room, and all the the full size refergerator and dish washer, dishes, such great conveniences!

I did not like that I could not get thru to confirm my room, and when I did I was told of a different room from what I asked for. The woman gave me the wrong info because I didn't book directly with the hotel. I was able to confirm the correct room. I did not like the fact that many rooms were available, and yet a loud family was put directly above us and I could hear the kids late into the night, twice! I felt that they should have been put in a room not above ours, maybe a room over. I also wish the pool was heated

The breakfast was great. Mom had muffin she really enjoyed and coffee and I had hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and some amazing kiwi strawberry water. Our friends and I went to zoo and aquarium and mom and a friend went to casino. The location of hotel was between them so it was perfect for us and very very comfortable. We went swimming and utilized work-out space, as well as very much enjoying both indoor and outdoor lounge areas.

Floor areas on side of sink were not swept and my friends heard kids running back and forth overhead "all night" but with it being a family hotel, that part really can't be helped.

Breakfast was good. We had a lot of options. The poor staff was hopping to keep everything refilled throughout the morning, we felt a little bad asking for something that was empty but she was so polite and smiling it never seemed to bother her.

Nothing, everything was what we expected. Oh the pool was a little small but there were reservations times so we had it all to ourselves which meant we didn’t bother anyone.
