The entire hotel was very nice, our room had plenty of space to relax. We chose a King room with a walk in shower, and it was a nice size and we loved how it was set up. The room we chose also had a "living room" space with a pull out couch and coffee table that were a great bonus. I would 10/10 recommend The Holiday Inn Express in Dublin, OH to anybody looking for a night away or an extended time away from home.

The breakfast could have provided more healthy options. The omelets had peppers in them, which we cannot have and there were no other egg choices. The biscuits and gravy, although they looked so good, are not heart healthy. We also did not see any decaf coffee, which due to diet restrictions we must drink. There were a plethora of options and it all looked very tasty, just not for somebody on a very restrictive diet. Some healthy breakfast bars, plain oatmeal or fresh fruit would be a great option.

Quick check in! Nice clean room, locker, microwave in the room along with coffee maker. None of the housekeeping staff enters your room without you letting them know a day in advance. Which is a good thing. Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows

The washroom tub doesn’t drain quickly while taking bath. My feet were submerged in atleast 4 inches standing water while taking shower. On my request a plumber or technical staff did visit to clean the drain but it didn’t solve the problem

Everything was pretty pleasant but we heard alot of maybe kids running overhead through the night which isn't really the hotels fault but maybe a white noise machine in each room like the AC hotel by Marriott has might help drown out the noise

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good and had lots of choices.

The staff didn’t make guests follow the rules in the pool room. One person in my party got kicked in the faced twice and my nephew got took underwater by kids jumping in the pool.

Had a problem with the room darkening shade, but it was addressed quickly and efficiently when I mentioned it to Murphy at the front desk. He was very attentive 😁

the continental breakfast was pretty good! beds were comfy

we go to the area for a festival each year. hotels raise the prices at that time but this was a bit much. very inconvenient for people coming in. prices double! 😭

The breakfast could be better than pre cooked eggs scrambled eggs ones would look better they were turning black and turkey sausage to spicy

We weren’t told that we had inform the front desk that we wanted fresh towels and to clean the room the night before. This resulted in us returning to the hotel the first evening to an unmade room with our dirty towels still on the floor and the trash cans full.

Staff was friendly and professional. The hotel room was exceptionally clean. Every part of the stay went well. The pool was clean and there were more than enough towels.

I like plain oatmeal and my grandson was looking forward to waffles. But we both found alternatives that were good.
