I didn’t expect fresh fruit salad, cage free boiled eggs, and steel cut oats and mixed berries. In my experience there’s usually not that many healthy options available at a hotel breakfast. And the scrambled eggs and sausage were much better than other hotels I have stayed in. My room was very clean and the furniture was well taken care of. All of the staff that I interacted with always met me with a smile and the lady who I saw each morning at breakfast always asked me how I was doing and if I needed anything. Awesome job to all of you.

A couple small things were peeling wallpaper in the elevator and I missed having a microwave in my room.

Staff couldn't be nicer. Breakfast was nice. Elderly lady taking care of breakfast was a Sweetheart. Rooms were great. Very clean hotel.

The outdoor pool and area needs to be updated. Got there pool had green scum on pool walls and bottom. Complained to manager, she got out there herself with what staff she had and cleaned pool. It was very obvious hotel was under staffed. What staff they had worked their butts off. General manager was a great guy. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. DID ENJOY POOL. KUDOS TO STAFF.

Breakfast was great, escellent.

At about 11 p.m. teenagers, I can only guess, did not want to open the door and look, were running through the halls. It was frightening, woke up out of a sound sleep to hear them yelling and chasing one another. Tried calling the front desk but the phone was dead. it was an older phone and the battery in the hand set was not charging. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. The lady was very polite. I went back to sleep after that. Other than that, the stay was really nice.

The fact that our stay has met our expectations.

The front desk advised that they'll have the room serviced 2 times during our 7 nights stay (which is a bit strange). We checked in on a Saturday and they said that they'll service the room on Monday and Thursday. They cleaned on Monday, then comes the 2nd time they were to clean the room, they did not show up! I spoke to reception around mid-day on Thursday like 1:00 pm that cleaning staff didn't show up; they assured me that they'll be coming. We left the hotel and returned back in the evening only to see that the room has not been serviced!

Nice for the price free breakfast and morning staff was amazing.

When I checked in they told me they had to put me in a different room but charged me the same amount. One of the faucets was broken well it worked but was leaking water at the base. No microwave in room but lobby had one.

Nice sized room, pet friendly, comfortable bed and a small refrigerator. Sofa seating for relaxing or watching television. Real coffee cups for use with the coffee maker; easy access to a lot of restaurants and services.

Very close to a major highway so, noise becomes a factor early in the morning. I would say the included breakfast is very basic. Not necessarily bad but, it's just microwaved, processed food and cereal.

Bathroom had nowhere to set anything. Black Out motorized shade was stuck in the down position and took 2 days before repair. Booked specifically for EV charging and they didn't work. BLINK brand charging stations. Other than this would have been fine.

The room was very clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the pool was nice and clean.

The website and inside the hotel says that there is a restaurant but there isn't and we were informed last night at 8pm when we went to ask for a menu that they did not have one so that was a little inconvenient since most of the restaurants were already closed around the area

Hostess at the breakfast bar was very welcoming and helpful during breakfast. She ( Luetta) helped take trash off tables, and she was always smiling. She gave us a place to visit in Columbus called the Rose Garden, and we really enjoyed it. The hotel staff was very gracious and welcoming to us and gave us tips on resaurants to have dinner.

The staff was nice, even the ones who didn't speak English. The area of the hotel was nice as well.

There were stains on the carpet, they didn't do housekeeping thur the week, all housekeeping did was gave us fresh towels and changed the trash.
