It seemed renovated, which was a plus for a one night stay. Smelled nice and looked clean upon entrance. Staff, front desk person's greeting very bland from the first day. We'll see how the next person is upon checkout. Our room was very clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom & linens actually looked like they had been cleaned. The elevator was dated, but worked fine. Overall, good stay for the price and location, mall setting, excellent!

We were here for a bball tournament and needed to use washer & dryer for uniforms. One set in the whole building. Not sure if ppl live here but someone was washing drying a lot of clothes to just be passing by. We waited until very early to use and it was fine. Other than that no complaints about this hotel. Good, clean, & comfortable place for a short stay during tournaments.

1) Disability room (specifically the bathroom, including raised toilet seat) exceeded my expectations & is the best of any hotel where I've ever stayed since needing this kind of accommodation several years ago. 2) Hotel employees (from every department) on each shift were friendly, courteous, professional, efficient, knowledgeable & extremely sensitive to & accommodating of me & all guests that I witnessed during my stay, including during their busiest times.

1)The area outside the front door could use some sprucing up, including replacing the large LaQuinta welcome mat, which is frayed or shredded around the edges & could pose a trip &/or fall hazard. 2)Wyndham needs to rehab/modernize the lounge & breakfast area.

Having the ability to book a room months in advance. Location. Price. Clean rooms

I found only 1 luggage cart and would have liked to have a few more. Ended up carrying my luggage from the 3rd floor. The"free" breakfast is not that great. Never ate there because it wasn't appealing. Perhaps Bagels, English muffins, less sugar in pastries and cerea and fruit!l. I bring my own coffee maker since the one in the room is not ro my liking

Front desk Kylie went above and beyond to make sure that I got the room I needed, after being told the elevator was out of service, so my room would be on the 2nd floor. She offered to help me carry my things up the stairwell, but I refused to be placed on any other level other than the 1st floor and explained I had very heavy work crap to lug up a stairwell. She found a room on the 1st level and continued to be willing to make my stay better and help me with anything else I needed. She is rare nowadays regarding her customer service skills and I hope she is much appreciated and valued by her employer.

Mattress was awful..lumpy and hard. Tossed and turned all night, didn't get much sleep. It was very uncomfortable

Eggs were excellent (I don't care much for eggs -I'm VERY particular about them) and good COLD milk. Good variety of choices for breakfast meal. But, overall, very palatable and tasty.

Larger plates and sausage cooked a little browner. But still very tasty. Kitchen staff was very efficient. Didn't speak much English (glad I know Spanish) but she did okay.

The location for going to downtown Columbus worked great for us. There were plenty of restaurants by the hotel.

What I didn't like was no fault of the hotel, it was the rudeness of departing hotel guests at 4:10 in the morning who were banging doors and not speaking quietly. Not everyone in the hotel is on their schedule. Wish they would think to be as quiet as possible leaving their room until they get out of the building. I couldn't fall back asleep and was scheduled for a long day in Columbus then a 4 hour drive home. Now about the hotel.......there was a fitness room sign in a window to an empty room. I do not know if they are getting new equipment or what, but there was no fitness equipment. I forgot to ask. Hopefully they are getting new equipment. It was a nice size room. We enjoy getting in a little hotel workout when we stay somewhere.

Friendliness and exceptionally clean. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Even the person in the breakfast area was helpful and offered to make our waffles.

Rooms look good but the rugs throughout look a little worn out. Walls in the hallway needed Needs some sprucing up, but must say it was exceptionally clean.

Room was a very nice size. Convenient location to many things.

Our room was not cleaned.... towels replenished,etc... after our first night's stay Boiled eggs for breakfast not a hit for me There was no water offered at breakfast either. If you wanted water to drink you had to buy.

the breakfast could have been better. i could have stayed somewhere cheaper but I stayed here so I could have breakfast. it was disappointing. the door to my room was hard to open and close due to the remodel. the lady at the desk said they are hoping to get it fixed but are still waiting.

Because I had to leave extremely early, I didn't really get to enjoy the breakfast...but it appeared to have good options. Location is ideal for shopping and a variety of different restaurants

Curb appeal....I know it's winter so perhaps that is part of the problem. But pulling up in front of the hotel might be a turn off. I was very nervous about going inside. However, once inside the remodeling efforts made the stay very good. I will return if the need arises to do another trip in that area.
