Lobby and front patio with BBQ grills & tables plus the firepit area were so great to have! The cleanliness of the hotel & facilities & our room were EXCELLENT. The fresh clean scent throughout the hotel was so pleasant, and the pool & surrounding area were so super clean as well.

The continental breakfast could've had a few more options for non dairy variety in the milk they supply l, but honestly it was a super minor detail as you have a fridge in the room and have a place to hold your own items for dietary restrictions.

The staff were super friendly upon check in and check out. While entering into my room upon arrival it was super clean. Throughout my stay I honestly didn’t have to ask for anything becasue everything was well prepared. I would book here again!

Personally there wasn’t anything that could’ve been better. From the time that I arrived to the time that I checked out everything was exceptional. Breakfast was even decent, the oatmeal was nice and fresh!

The facility was neat and clean and we loved our room. The location was optimal which made it easy to get on and off the interstate to get home. We also appreciated that the front desk representative asked if the 4th floor was okay and if we preferred to be by the elevator or not.

I prefer a firmer mattress but my spouse stated the one in our room was fine. Also, I prefer pillows with a bit more filling.

Gorgeous hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the shower was ginormous and had excellent bathing products that smelled amazing and were of good quality. The beds were comfortable and the pillows to die for. Breakfast was so much better than I expected and I was excited for breakfast the following day.

Needed more than one washcloth for the bathroom, but that is my only complaint. Plenty of towels, hand towels and kitchen towels aside from that.

I enjoyed the location and the facility. The staff were great and the room was a great size.

The items within the room were not cleanly. The soap dispensers, toilet paper, paper towels and tissue paper were discolored and from the occupants previous stay. The shower was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff never came daily to change out our towels.

Location was great. Breakfast was good variety. We would have liked the use of a microwave. We did not like non-service dogs in the kitchen area especially when there were a lot of people in there and I am allergic to them. Had to wait for the owner and her dog left the good area. And then right after she left she went back in for something so had to wait for all of that before I went in.

Our room was very clean and the staff was accommodating, given the fact that we had an emergency at our home and had to last minute book a room ! I took a gamble and booked Townplace Suites by Marriott and boy did we “Win” a close to home clean to our standards jackpot lol . We are very clean people at home and usually book Hilton rooms , have a family discount and Hilton has over 97 bookings world wide has never disappointed us ; but like I stated, we took a gamble and “Boy” did we hit the close to home , close to home , accommodating and clean to our standard jackpot even the morning breakfast was pleasant and had friendly staff .. My wife and I have discussed that this will be our runner up from now on …..

loved the entire process from booking to sleep quiet , clean and comfortable stay ! We have never stayed at Marriott but will be going forward

Everything was really clean. Great and plentiful amenities. Rooms were well equipped with everything needed from extra towels to cookware and full appliances! Love the decor, room set up, and homey feel of the room as a whole. Could see it being great for a long term stay.

Upon check in and a few times when needing things there was a bit of a wait for someone to come to the front desk to help but other than that the staff was phenomenal. Very helpful, accommodating, and friendly!

Breakfast staff was rude, telling all they had less time than advertised. Instead of standing around and giving those the evil eye, he should have been wiping dirty tables and sweeping messy floors after sloppy soccer families left.

The room was nice with a good layout, gym is excellent and the staff was very helpful and polite.

Breakfast could have had more variety, pillows need to be a little more stiff, they were way to soft.
